I have been going to ChuzeFitness for almost 2 years. They are always kind and personable, not to mention the cleanliness of the facility is top notch.A little story of how amazing the staff truly are!I went to a team fit class and upon leaving realized I had lost my wedding band. The team really cared for me. They checked all the security footage over an hour and a half period. Checked the tanning room and locker I used. As I walked up and down the parking lot not one but two team members came out and offered to help search, and provided their sincerest concern for my situation. One of them even shared a personal story to help make me feel better. Even though it’s something I caused they displayed EMPATHY!Ring was found and high fives were distributed!I hope I get your names right, Thank You Tim and Josh for everything you did to help and comfort me.

Lorena is absolutely wonderful every time I’ve had an interaction with her! I check in and am always greeted with a smile, and she even knows my name and my schedule! Love the atmosphere feeling like a friend rather than a customer.

A coworker told me about this place having an aquatic side (lap pool, hot tub, saunas, etc), once I called and found out the membership price for those amenities I couldn't turn back! Since joining I found I love the other features too (lots of equipment, tanning, a cinema/cardio room! and more). Granted it's very busy almost all the time, it's always clean, staff is always friendly and its all worthworking around the crowd.

Love this gym! I went to 24 hour fitness before and was kicked off a machine by a guy who yelled at me saying that I had NO IDEA what I was doing and I was wasting everyones time who knows how to use the machine, I canceled my membership and never went back. But since then I was always nervous going to gyms by myself.This gym has friendly and happy to help staff who some how remember your name after signing up! They gym is kept up beautifully! The child care area is wonderful and my 3 yr old loves it there! I love the theater gym and I like how they promote it not being an intimidating gym! Would highly recommend!

I’ve been a member for about two weeks now and I love it. However, I’ve seen people sneak into the pool area and it’s not really fair for members like me who pay to have these amenities. That being said, 99% of people who use the sauna do not use towels when they sit. So as you can imagine what’s left behind when someone leaves... One thing I want to mention is that I took my first class here and I was SORE. Coach Anthony was very patient and kind. I will definitely be joining more classes after I heal up.

Oh so clean! Great and helpful staff and the daycare ladies are soooooo wonderful so nice and when I peek in they’re always on top of their job! Overall switching from 24hour to Chuze has been the best decision ever! Absolutely great team of people! The place is spotless and always smells clean.

I honestly love this place and I am NOT a gym person. I hate working out. But I really love coming to Chuze. Every employee is super friendly and the whole place is spotless. It’s huge, so I never have any problem finding equipment I want to use. And the hydro massage chairs are fabulous. Now I look forward to going to the gym. What is happening??

I’ve never been comfortable in a gym until I went to Chuze. You can’t beat the price. This location is super clean and you always see employees going around vacuuming, cleaning equipment, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, etc. The staff is 95% friendly and a few employees are always happy to see you. My only gripe with this location is that the overhead music is super loud. Sometimes so much so that I hear it over my headphones which drives me slightly crazy. Other than that, I love this place.

Honestly i love this gym! the classes are amazing, love the tanning beds they have now and the sauna is great! The only thing i hate is how early they close on weekends ): id love to go on a Friday after work but by that time they are closed and i have to figure out how to get into another gym for the night, Longer weekend hours are a MUST, also its a little far from me im still in Brighton and it takes me 20-25 minutes to get there most nights and id just like it if they opened something closer to me UP NORTH!!!!!!! there are too many locations up south already . Other than that the place is super clean and the staff is great!

I love the chuze staff here! I have been a member for almost 2 years. They are always so welcoming and are always happy to help! I accidentally got charged $40 last month and they were so nice when fixing the problem. The gym may be a little crowded but the time I go in (7am) isn't that bad actually. And the gym is always very clean, I always see the employees cleaning everytime I go in. ❤
