12.13.2021I might cancel my gym membership here due to the lack of mask enforcement. It doesn't make me feel safe when I'm trying to stay healthy by going to the gym, but am more likely to be exposed. More than half the people are not wearing a mask and even some of the staff are not wearing them appropriately. Upon entering the doors of the gym at 7am as I do almost everyday I was greeted with "your welcome". An employee of yours was opening the double doors and I didn't even notice he worked there until I was halfway past him. When I didn't say thank you he immediately said "your welcome"This is the second time I have had negative interactions with staff at this location so I'm sharing my experience. I am a veteran with severe ptsd. I don't talk to many people let alone have negative interactions.This is supposed to be a judgement and stress free environment but I'm feeling exactly the opposite.The more upsetting part is the supervisor took his side immediately saying "people usually say thank you when others hold doors for them"Honestly no one is obligated to say anything to anyone. I don't talk to people for this exact reason and now I don't even want to talk to the staff here.Pretty bummed.

I signed up it’s the end of March of 2022 and but the payment for April did not come out until May. A whole month after. Then the 49.99 renewal fee that comes out 60 days after pulled with the 29.99 May membership leaving me with a negative balance which caused me to be charged a fee by my bank. When I called to talk to someone about it I was hung up on had to recall and was given an email the second time around. I tried twice to email my statements to the given address and I was told twice the email does not exist; which I though was weird because the terms and conditions were sent through the email address they had given me. When I went in to speak with a person they basically said it’s not their problem it’s my banks and that I was SOL. Very poor customer service. Very sad with them. Save your money done go to chuze

Always clean and chill. Not to packed, out of peak hours. Locker rooms stay clean and pool is usually empty for lap swimming. I've been here for 4+ years and never felt uncomfortable or delt with meat heads. So all around pretty chill.

My only negative is they have no medium to large size lockers. ALL of their lockers are small to smaller. Their current lockers can't even fit a motorcycle helmet.Would be cool to get some full sized lockers with maybe a sign, please leave full size lockers for those who need them?

I don’t normally write reviews but this gym is just so great. It’s very affordable, the staff is always super nice and it’s always really clean. I go to the Thornton and Westminster locations. I love that they have a cardio movie theater because I (like many people) hate cardio and being able to watch Captain America while I work out is just awesome. I don’t use it, but I think it’s awesome that they provide child care! I’ve tried and been to a lot of different gyms but there really isn’t another one that has everything that Chuze has. I moved out of the area but I realized it’s worth it to drive the extra 15-20 minutes to go to Chuze. You guys rock!

Great gym for the price. The staff is great and always seem upbeat. Some machines breakdown (but you have to keep in mind that it is a smaller gym and hundreds use that particular machine, of course there is going to be some ware and tare) but they fix them in a timely manner.

I have been going to this location for about 3 months now. Its always clean and nice inside. You can tell that staff clean all day every day. However, the size of this location is super small compared to the amount of people that go here. Classes are often fully booked on the weekends, equipment is taken. One thing I don't care for to much is that the staff let people wear whatever they want. You will see girls in sports bras and guys in open cut tank tops. The staff are super friendly. Just wanted to update this as I normally work out at 4:30am when they open and today went to the gym and there were not employees there to open the gym..... Don't you just love it when you wake up at 4:00am to go to the gym and the employees are late......

Large facility with a robust and high equipment station count. Seriously every type of weight, rack, machine, or fitness device even moderate experience lifters would ever need.Originally tried going between 530p and 8pm and had a lot of issues with waiting for equipment. Honestly it's not unbearable but if you go at absolute peak hours you may need to adjust your routine to get in and out in an hour. Once I switched to late morning or lunch workouts all problems with waiting disappeared.The amenities are shut down because of covid but I honestly don't care. I don't sign up for a gym (a 15$/month one at that) and expect hydromassage laser treatment and tanning booths. I just wanna hit the eliptical, squat and bench a little and get on my way. If you want henna tattoos and laser tag there are probably other establishments for that.Took a long break from covid but recently came back with vaccines and everything rolling out. Incredibly clean, spaced out facility still. Tons of wipes, staff cleaning, foot traffic management. Felt very safe there in that regard.If you can avoid peak hours and are there to focus on lifting and fitness and want your Covid-related health to be of importance, this gym is impossible to beat.

Gym is great, but the contacts are ruthless! I moved out of the state (to a state with no Chuze gyms) and they would not let out of my contract. Good thing I only had a few more months left of wasting my money!EDIT: I contacted Chuze via email and they told me they would waive 1st month's dues... in case I ever move to a different state and sign up again...
