Been coming here for over year. They never enforced the "no bags in the floor" policy. Today one of the new staff members (a Karen) made it her mission to follow me from one machine to the dumbbells and interrupt me mid-set to tell me that if I didn't put my bag away they would kick me out. I understand that it's part of the policy and will follow it in the future, but you can't expect to enforce something immediately after it has never been enforced before. I'm also curious to see what the new staff and management is going to do about the overcrowding and about people using more than one machine at a time (a common issue at this gym). Hope the new changes are for the better, but from my experience today, they definitely did not require the new staff to have people skills.

Clean very nice on appearance machines are up to date. Just does not have the effectiveness of certain machines because they're not built for maximum performance. I was going to join but I didn't because they didn't have a body bag to work out with. Decided to stay with the gym I'm at

Normal gym, alot of testosterone. The people who take care of everything are what makes the difference. All smiling face and welcome when you get there, and have a great day when you leave

I choose Chuze Fitness because of the movie room, there is always somwthing now. The audio is not working, or the employees decide to kick you out of the cinema for cleaning. This fitness center is going downhill fast.

The kids club is everything to me!!! Laslow is amazing as she knows my kids by name. Steam room +gym equipment +jacuzzi and pool. In n out in an hour =happiness in my home😂😂😂. Thank you @chuze fitness. Clean gym nice staff. Love it here …

The Staff is super friendly and helpful and the facility is very clean and well kept. My son and I were on the treadmills in the Cinema today and a couple staff members came in to clean the cinema, they would not stop apologizing for interrupting our workout and even offered to clean our machines for us. I cannot say enough about the staff and how the staff takes care of the gym.

Outside of some folks who sit on machines texting like 12 year olds, this gym is great. Lots of gear, very few egos, and great staff. Inexpensive and easy way to get in shape or to take some classes. Massage chairs and a movie workout room are cool additions.

Chuze is an excellent gym. You definitely get value for money. The equipment is good and maintained very well. This location is clean but it is clearly a daily struggle on the staffs part to keep it that way.
