Chuze Fitness

I have no problem finding machines I am looking for. Easy to sign up, nice staff, never have given me any issues if I'm bringing in a guest to try out. Only thing I wish they had more of is incline bench press machines but with the space I know that's a big ask.

Good gym. Very clean. App is always crashing though so you can’t use your barcode to get into the pool area or sign up for classes. You have to type your phone number in. Also very inconvenient how they shut down the cinema in the middle of the day for cleaning. Understandable that it needs to be shut down at some point during the day for cleaning but the middle of the day during it’s busiest period when there are several members trying to utilize it is a little disappointing.

The staff of this gym are among the nicest people I’ve ever met. They are always smiling and friendly. I initially signed up because the value of the amenities, staff demeanor, and general cleanliness had me sold. I’ve enjoyed my fitness journey here so far!This location loses stars because the experience has gone fairly downhill. I’m a huge believer that everyone deserves access to a gym with amenities like Chuze. I’m thrilled to see an influx of people like me that want access to affordable fitness. The only problem is that there’s such a fine line between where it’s profitable to provide a great member experience and where it’s not.This location went from an amazing experience every time to a business more focused on selling memberships than repairing broken machines and ensuring that everyone has ample room for personal space and an enjoyable workout.I am not attributing this issue to the new year members, as this wasn’t the case in previous years. The gym is packed every day, at every hour that is reasonable for people’s regular schedules.Unfortunately, the experience here is now on par with what I’d expect from Planet Fitness. I’m either hoping that ownership improves or that another higher quality gym opens nearby.

I recently started working out again after a 1 year hiatus. Chuze Fitness is a great place. Nice equipment and the staff is very helpful.

I love this gym only issue I have is .. I am moving to TX in May. Tthey only have one location there way down south. I need y’all to open one in Henderson TX. I will miss this gym otherwise. I’d be happy to have one near me. And that area needs a good affordable gym!

Huge facility- many amenities and multiple of almost every piece of equipment. Very clean and all of the equipment is newer. They even have a smoothie bar.

Gyms are such a scam. If this is your nearest gym, save yourself the effort and headache and go for Vasa or Planet Fitness or something. The location is tiny, unfriendly staff, and all for the same price as far nicer gyms.

The gym is clean, staff is friendly and the equipment is well maintained. I love the sauna and steam room. Really great amenities.

I've been coming here for a few years now and love it.It's never really too busy when I go in the mornings.They have all the equipment you will ever need and the staff is super friendly! Check them out.
