I recently visited this location with a "free 3-Day pass". Let it be known, 1.) I have never had a membership at ANY 24-Hour fitness. 2.) I have never used a free 3-day pass at 24 Hour fitness before. The teenager at the front desk took the time to look up from her phone to tell me that this location doesn't honor the free 3-day pass, despite the pass having their address on it and there being no violations of the "fine print". Upon my frustration, she snidely advised me I could wait for a sales associate, which I did.The sales associate, Dawson, kindly explained that their location doesn't honor the guest pass they themselves advertise even here on Google. I pointed out the duplicitous nature of that business practice and he pointed to the line "see store for details" as the catch-all disclaimer. It was very evident that it wasn't Dawson's fault, since he was only taking orders from whoever manages the establishment. As icing on the cake, its evident the place is dirty and most likely a thriving ecosystem for infectious parasites.I would recommend corporate give this location a customer service overhaul, since the manager is running deceptive policies and having 17 year old girls half-heartedly sell it to prospective customers.

I've been a 24h member since 1998 and have an all gym membership so I have visited 24h gyms across the West. This one tries hard and mostly succeeds so I gave them 4 stars. They recently installed new equipment and water fountains. Staff are attentive and really try to foster a sense of community among members. Sure gyms are in constant use and a struggle to keep clean and orderly, but the haters on some of these reviews leads you to question what reality they exist in or what conflicts they have. Keep up the good work T.O. 24h!

Probably the best older 24 hr Fitness I've been to, I've been at clubs from here to Ontario. Lots 'n lots of machines. Clean & tidy. Attentive staff. When you read a one star review, look to see which club is recommended as alternative. 10-1 the reviewer works there!

I'm new to the area so of course I tried every gym. I found 24 was the only one with a sauna, steam room and open 24 hours. The gym is over 20 years old and in a building that is 60 years old. When I questioned why the Manager Jason is always cleaning. I got the best response ever. "Because he cares and corporate won't give him staff". I have NEVER seen a manager clean toilets and moping floors. No club is perfect nor are it's members. Staff is ALWAYS putting weights away that members can't seem to put back. Nice new equipment can in this week. ;)
