I love this studio. I go to the community class on Wednesday evening which is always full b/c it's so popular. The session is very relaxing and a good workout at the same time. The instructors are very nice and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend this.

I have taught yoga for 15 years and this is my go to studio on Topeka when ever we visit my spouses family in Topeka. Solid quality instruction, no bs, clean and professional. One of my favorite studios in the country. Great job Lava!!!

Great hot yoga. Twice a week is $7 drop in which makes this class very affordable.
