I first went here shortly after the gym opened a couple of years ago and was impressed by the styling, large space, and new equipment! The gym’s in an office building complex with limited duration validated membership parking during weekdays, so I had a quick workout, leaving little time for a review with photos. With recent visits to the South Bay, I revisited the gym at different times and noticed a similar pattern of use and abuse by members as other urban gyms, with staff barely able to keep up during the high traffic times. I cringed at the locker room lacking maintenance one evening and then appreciated the cleaner appearance on another day, before the crowd! The actual gym was nice to see! It’s one of largest gyms I’ve ever seen, still with newer workout equipment than I’m used to and separate workout areas and programs with lots of space. It helps to keep in mind the orientation of the parking area with the gym, as the gps may not work well inside the garage. I first followed other members leaving their vehicles in workout clothes with duffel bags, while noting my own vehicle’s location! So relative to busy urban gyms, there will be the typical times of overcrowding and the challenge to get a handle on it, tho the slower early morning, midmorning thru noon and late night visits may be more opportune.

1 Year Later Update: I didn't think it could get worse, it's actually declining. Like a mismanaged Boys and Girls Club, this location adds a danger component due to unsupervised immaturity. Immature customers dangerously PLAYING on equipment for 30 minutes or more at a time. What's that on the floor you ask? Bags just waiting to trip you up, but don't worry the very visible dust and dirt pile ups may cushion the fall. The Men's locker room is tore TF up, the lack of any upkeep at all will lead you to believe this location is over 20 years old. It's not even close to 10 years old. Lockers have signs of infestation and garbage left in them. The showers are like an episode of Fear Factor, garbage everywhere, used hygiene products, and clumps of random unidentifiable waste everywhere. It would only make sense to mount a "Fear was not a factor for you" sign on the way out. The basketball court is lined with empty plastic bottles like it's a recycling center. No management whatsoever. This brand doesn't give a $h!# about it's customers, there hasn't been a positive review for months and no progress, just recycled responses.

I am tired of looking for a parking spot for 20 -30 minutes every time at the parking lot.I will not renew my annual membership even though I like the location.

Was my first time there and was a little disappointed. Locker room seemed not clean. Papers all over the floor in toilet area. Saw a lot of dust on some of the first floor machines. Just wasn’t what I expected.

This gym is intensely overcrowded in the daytime. (They have room for more equipment.) It's common to have 2-3 people waiting for a flat bench, there are only three. Similar waits can be expected at other stations like cable pull downs and forget leg extensions. Outside of this, there are dust bunnies under most equipment that seem to never catch the attention of employees. I would go on but I always have hopes they will improve, or at least buy more dumbbells, but so far management seems to think these things are not important.

Best 24 hour fitness in the area! A little dirty, but nothing major is wrong. I'll be back 👍 …

I've been in gyms in multiple states/countries and I've never been in a gym this filthy before. Disgusting.

I worked with Zionne over the summer and he was absolutely amazing! He kept me on track and pushed me just the right amount, he really did make a great motivator not to mention a huge impact on my fitness journey! If you’re looking for a trainer, ask for Z!

Cockroaches!! So, this review is about the bathrooms. I was there at 4:30AM. You would think that it would be spotless at this time. One stall had stacks of toilet paper around it and no paper in the dispenser. Today I had my clothes in the locker and when I went to open it, about 5 little baby roaches scurried off into my clothes. I was DISGUSTED! Ahhhhh!!!!!! I don't know how I'm going to the gym if I can't keep my work clothes in the locker. I'm so disappointed. So gross. I tried taking a picture but they were hidden before I could take it. Ughhhhh
