I have been to 24 Hour, Planet, and Blink. 24 Hour is the worst. The gym, the equipment, the machine... everything everywhere is dirty and dusty like it has never been cleaned. I work out at the smith machine today and that area stinks like urinal. I makes me feel sick and just want to go home. I really regret that I bought their 1 year membership. 100% not recommend this gym to anyone. Can't understand why it always packed. Management please do something.

Solid gym, and on the newer side. Avoid weekday later afternoon in the early evening, gets too crowded.

This gym has gone down hill, paper towels & spray bottles are always empty, the floor always has trash every where they never repair broken equipment & no matter what time you go it’s always packed they need to hire more ppl and put a cap on how many ppl can come in at a time. Nobody should wait 30 mins for squat rack.

I keep reading about the same problems regarding this gym going back from when it was first opened. Management repeats the same answer over and over, and nothing improves. Sounds like management does not care. Every gym I have ever been too does the same thing, which is overselling memberships and failing to maintain cleanliness, and machines. The problem here is also parking. I used to park out on the field before they developed the property. It was worth the extra time to walk in and out rather than waste even more time hunting for parking in the over filled lots. A nice gym but poorly managed. People have been telling you all along that you need to improve, but over years nothing improves. Talk is cheap. What counts is action, not words. Every machine in the gym is being used and people are wasting time waiting for machines. And you can see where machines need maintenance. The more machines are used, which in this gym is constantly, the more they need repair. This gym space is beautiful, and if management was doing their job it would have a 4.5 at least rating instead of a 3.7 rating.

I used this gym because this is closet to work and I live in Santa Clarita valley. My biggest complaint is the men’s room. The guy who is there in the morning Robert is a very hard worker but he keep inheriting the mess from the weekends. It’s happens two three times a month when the men’s room is such a mess in the morning that the restrooms are not even usable. I like the guy in the front Chase he is very friendly and nice but the condition of the restroom are just awful. I don’t know if you have anyone cleaning on the weekend. This morning the test was so disgusting and not usable. I had to hold my pee for the hold time I was working out. P

used to love this place but recently it’s been way too crowded and it’s near impossible to get any workouts in when every machine is taken or has a line. i really hope 24 decides to open more locations that are actually 24 hours to help spread people out .

RUDE, LYING MANAGEMENT!! Temp manager Sammy straight up lied to me that I had to let them know ‘early’ to cancel my membership and get a full refund when my agreement AND cancel agreement clearly states I just need to notify them within 5 days for a full refund. I notified them within 3 days and was told to wait. I waited for weeks only to be told that I cannot get a refund. What a joke. I send email to GM with my cancel agreement and my refund was process right away haha. What a joke. Please don’t lie to your customers and also, please don’t cut off your customers when talking, okay? That’s not a good customer service! By the way, I’m going to file a formal complaint about this in every possible way :) Read your agreement!!

I really wish I could give more positive feedback but the overall condition of this gym is horrible. They typically have like one guy trying to maintain and clean everything which is messed up. (he's such a great guy too) The air in the building hardly circulates and its very difficult to breathe. They need to prioritize adding fans or some other method of cooling. The staff however is super friendly and helpful but that doesn't make up for the space being under-maintained. It smells horrible too, members like to spray cologne and perfume. So you get this pee/sweat/cologne smell in different pockets of the gym. Proper A/C or air circulation would make a huge difference. This is one of the most high traffic 24 hour fitness locations by far. The cherry on top is they have the audacity to make you pay for parking if you stay for longer than an hour, which only typically happens because the gym is so crowded. Paying for a membership & for a gym that doesn't even have proper air circulation. C'mon 24, do better. I will definitely be canceling my membership soon unless things improve.
