Daily pass fee increased from $15 to $20 to $25 then to $30 just two days ago. As of today they increased it and charged me $50 for one day pass. Ridiculous! When asked why they said it’s only up to the duty manager. I’m going to use Planet Fitness just few minutes away.

They don't seem to refill the hand sanitizing stations anymore & paper towels are always out. Good luck finding parking because this location is always packed. The fake grass area always smells like pesuñas.

Good afternoon! I came to visit the 24 hour unit at shopping del amo this Memorial Day holiday, through my free pass and the attendant CODY prevented me from doing the free pass that I had already done on the website and said that the gym was full because it was a holidayHe said I would have to pay the daily rate to train because it was a holiday and the gym was fullSo if you pay, you can train with a full gym, but if you get the free pass, you can't? lolBut a friend of mine who has the membership allowed me to train with her and I managed to get in, so what he said didn't make senseI hope they change that. Because I will not train here anymore because of this rude. Very rude this Cody

This company calls me all the time offering me to come and visit the gym. I got a free pass and came to see it but I was greeted by Cody who seems to be the manager here and he was super rude. he wouldn't let me in because he said it was a holiday and it might be full, and they don't say that anywhere. the funny thing is that he said that if I paid for the daily rate I could enter, so paying ends the problem of overcrowding? Don't waste time with anything related to this gym!!!

Feel like there should be an age limit. Too many young people hogging the equipment and not re racking weights, leaving a mess. Just socializing and barely doing any workout at all. Feels like a highschool gym, really ruins 24hrs reputation and dumbs down my experience from what it use to be.

Staff are friendly most of time. Four stars for the location and three stars for the cleanliness. Men’s shower room really needs to be taken care of and cleaned timely. Several shampoo dispensers are broken and the shampoo often runs out. Unfortunately some guests were not respectful and made the place dirty some time. It’d be helpful if management could draw more attention to cleanliness of the place.

Parking is bad. And the lockers showers and restrooms are dirty. Giving one star because the parking is so bad. It takes a half hour or more just to get a space.

Damn near went through an Amazonian maze as I struggled to find the parking lot and building. As I entered the facility, I noticed that they only validate 2 hours; I'm from DTLA, and the only reason I ventured into Torrance was due to the fact that their pool is open all night. The atmosphere reeks of douchbags and entitlement .. only returning weekend when GOLDS closes early.
