Limited amount of weight machines as well as free weight machine. Parking is small but there is additional parking lot but finding this place from parking lot is like a maze. It's on the 3rd floor but very confusing to find at first. Parking is free for the first 2 hours but needs to be validated by staff members which sometimes can be slow if there is no one around the desk which can be often. Staff is not very helpful and most of the time just talking to each other and not helping anyone else. Locker room's floor (men's locker room) floor is always wet and flithy

Great location, not overcrowded during peak hours and tons of equipment to help you reach your fitness goals.

Three weeks ago I went to check out this new 24 hour fitness first of all the parking is an issue .everything is new because it’s brand new but the worst thing in the worst experience that I had over the years me going to a gym it was here at the new facility at 24 hour fitness in Torrance on Hawthorne Boulevard I asked one of the staff Some questions and his response was very rude and very unprofessional so I said to myself I paid every month my membership I think I deserved respect I think that 24 hour fitness should send their staff their employees to a training course how to talk to members I would never go back to this gym here in Torrance.😡

Great new facility built, unfortunately parking is not free or available half the time, so you’re spending some of your time looking for parking. Hopefully this is addressed, meantime I’ll stick with one down street from me.

Great gym with all new equipment & nice staff .... but the parking situation totally sucks.... only two hours free in the garage then $1 every 20 mins after.... also the parking lot is a pretty decent walk to the gym so it’s really a downside...

Brand New facility in Torrance. This is right across the street from Barnes and Noble. Two stories filled with newness. New state of the art weight equipment, cardio, free weights, large classroom space, separate spin room, lap pool, jacuzzi tub, steam room, sauna. They have it all. Parking will be 90 mins free with validation.

Nice new club! All brand new gear, clean bathrooms, pool, bike class, aerobics and yoga room, basketball court... Two level. All cardio equipment downstairs and weights upstairs. I will likely switch to this location depending on how crowded it is compared to the other South Torrance location.

Good gym but customer service is terrible. I froze my membership due to some personal reasons and told the manager as well as personal trainer to cancel personal trainer membership but they wont do it despite sending me email that no charge will be made, charged my credit card and keep diverting me to call their hotline and they said I need to get it done at the gym. When these brands want your money they take 5-10 minutes and when you have to cancel appropriately they give you lot of pain. Just beware.

Probably one of the nicest and cleanest 24 hour gym near me. I live in Inglewood and I will continue driving to this one for that reason.Pros: All equipment is relatively close to each other in respect to the muscle being worked out. Machines are up to date and have the latest model for the gym (im guessing). I haven’t been to the showers, but the locker room for men actually look and smell clean. Sauna is new obviously so lets see how long that last. Weights are all there so thank god. People are nice there. THE WATER FOUNTAINS!!! They have the water fountains equipped with the filtered water for your jugs of water.Cons: The parking is pretty small so if you come at peek hours you might find yourself driving around the parking lot for quite a bit before you find parking. Validation is always just annoying, but whatever it is what it is. I guess sometimes its good because at least you know its gym people. Anyways lets carry on. One small thing that does bug me is the location of the cleaning equipment because there should be more located near the weights so that you don’t have to walk across the entire gym getting paper. I don’t mind walking for the most part because duh its a gym, but its more about other people being lazy and dirty. Thats pretty much it for me.I really like this gym and I wish it stays good.4/5 just because theres always something wrong somewhere lol, but I like this location A LOT ... by the way ... customer service isn’t bad. You just have to think that this location is new and they hired a bunch of people. So they’re still getting trained properly which I dont mind. I just go in there say hi, log in, workout, say goodbye like a normal person and walk out. Cool people though there was this incident with my friends account and they fixed it then and there.

I only pray the staff will keep restrooms/lockers clean!Gym needs to have steel hangers near the sauna and maybe a wet shorts strainer. (So shower water wont track into the lockers)But great location. And great equipment.
