I was charged finally after Covid. So I called to cancel my membership and I got Joshua who was very rude about the situation. His tone of voice wasn’t welcoming whatsoever. I really hope they have more happier people working there.

Improve ab room and free weights area and the mask thing you're just following orders. LA not impressed also need more cleaning stations fewest I've seen out of all gyms. Sorry but minus a Star 3. Come on with everything going on.

Did a try out here. Loved the vibe of the place. Also, very complete and up to date in terms of equipment. Liked the 30 minute workout proposition. Not sure it’s recommended to go over all those different kind of exercises in only half an hour, but q great way to keep motivation high.

Charged my account without a notice that the gym was open again. I expect a notice in advance otherwise how would I know the gym is open after being closed for the past year? Extremely disappointed that they charged my account without any notice and even more upset that they are avoiding my calls and hanging up on me (screenshot below).Don’t go to this gym, terrible customer service. There is a new 24hourfitness down the street that opened last year.

Not very helpful staff, sadly. Also, Very crowded. I do wish they structured the machines and free weights in a way that flows with rectangular shape of the space they have...there are many ways to reorganize the sections every planet fitness has and I've seen it done better in the San Deigo and Denver locations. Maybe they can do it sometime.

I'm from a different state, and the city where I live the gym closes at 11pm due to covid-19. However, in my state we don't have to wear masks. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that this gym is open twenty-four hours, BUT, you do have to wear a mask which was kinda annoying. No big deal. Also, this gym has equipment that my home gym does not have. It was a fun experience overall.
