Nice employees and clean bathrooms. Advice for customers: don’t be disgusting rude Karens.

I love the Gym but I don’t understand why in many other PF locations have a full body mirror in the woman’s locker room some even have a very nice dressing room with a very fancy huge Mirror to change and see if your matched head to toe in your outfit….specially when you have to shower and dress in a hurry not having time to go home to change for work ….I’ve brought it to lots of staffs attention and asked them if they would please let their manager know but I never saw anything Done about it ……it’s a simple thing and a very inexpensive request to add on making many Female members happy….btw I have also sent an email on this matter I don’t think I have received anything back or got a call back honestly I’m very disappointed because I brought this situation to their attention so many times it’s been years now and all they can do or say under this message speak with the front desk i already did that so many times 😞I even realized in Walmart grocery same plaza has a long mirror in their bathrooms and a gym doesn’t ? 😳honestly I don’t come here much anymore because they really don’t care for the customers requests it’s been maybe 3 years been asking for a long mirror and the manager talked to them infront of me yet they didn’t give a care just an excuse after excuse for years all they care about is our money but not our concerns or our necessities this place really sucks I’m sure lots of people agree with me because it got so ridiculous for a simple request…in all or most of the other planet fitness have it and I don’t have to make an issue of it this one definitely have my biggest thumbs down 👎 and that’s my genuine response to this place 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I have yet to see pizza and or bagels at this location.You can smoke weed out back too lol.

Terrible Experience with Planet FitnessI had an extremely disappointing experience with Planet Fitness. First, they charged the wrong credit card for the $49 anual membership fees, causing unnecessary financial stress. Despite reaching out to their customer service and management multiple times, they failed to rectify the situation promptly. On top of that, they lied about canceling my membership as I continued to receive charges even after requesting cancellation. It's frustrating to deal with such poor service and lack of transparency. I would caution anyone considering joining Planet Fitness to be cautious and double-check all financial transactions and membership cancellations.

I have been to way too many PFs from east coast to west coast and all through the Midwest. I visited this location (9-7-23 shower only) but I always try to pay attention to the entire gym.This is one of the cleanest locations so far. I’m also disabled so the size/safety of handicapped stalls are extremely important to me. The water temperature was absolutely 💯 amazing too.The only thing I would recommend is putting trash cans in the changing rooms.You can tell the franchise owner and staff care about this location

I have been more than patient with these guys. I called and emailed over a dozen times Eventually I went up there to put membership on hold because the manger NEVER returned a call. I was afraid of this when I signed up but I listened to the friend who got me to sign up unfortunately and believed they were honest people. Good grief! They’ve charged me every month even tho I went in personally to put on holdUNBELIEVABLE!Yeah it’s only 24.99, but that adds up and when I’m not even in the same city, I can’t fly back to go in and sit and wait for a manger to show up to work and decide to take my request… this is absurd. I didn’t hate the gym but I sure am now … horrible business practices Even the employees are like what do you think we deal with on the daily? I swear…. If that doesn’t say enough, I don’t know what does! I’m gonna have to get an attorney at this point I guessG an attorney

I still work out there it's the best the employees there are very nice and help out

Staff is always very welcoming, location is always clean. I genuinely enjoy coming to this location

It's clean and I have met many people there. After awhile you're all on the same routine. Lol Staff is very nice. The only downside for me and possibly only me is that the treadmills and other cardio equipment are not programmed for all TV channels. I have asked several times different staff and get the I don't know shrug or I'll take care of it but of course never done. Silly but an easy fix in my opinion. Otherwise I really enjoy my workouts.

It is a great place to train and work out. Respectful environment, and clean lockerrooms. The showers are so nice!
