The equipment is always clean and functional, and I always feel comfortable when I’m working out. Love that all the leg equipment is in the same area, makes leg day very efficient. You will never not be able to find a free cardio machine, but you’ll almost always have to wait for weights.

I've been coming to this gym for over a year already. I like everything (cleanliness, friendly staff, operation hours), except management doesn't pay attention to what is needed or wanted most here. Bench Press is the most in-demand equipment, and this gym has only 3 of them, while 70% of treadmill runners are empty. Couldn't you bring more of them? Even during the least busy time, I cannot use them because they are always taken. Please fix this issue.Update: Within a few weeks after my review, I already see the number of bench press equipment are doubled in this gym. Now, I can finally work out without worrying. Thanks for listening, Planet Fitness. You're the best!!!

I've been going to the gym on Hawthorne Blvd for many years. When you invite students to the gym for free, it gets quite crowded. They don't care about wiping the equipment. They go in groups and stay at a machine for quite some time to socialize. They can be quite disruptive..

Soul complain is the bathrooms. There is basically little to not effort in cleaning. C'mon now! It doesn't take much for a public health crisis. This is a germ breeding ground. You all need steam sanitizers bleach/ disinfectant and some real cleaners. Give the staff cleaning supplys and suits with gloves and booties. Its pest in the bathrooms clearly c'mon now! I DONT necessarily blame the staff this is a corporate issue. I've seen it others locations too!
