The water in the showers has a rotten egg smell and the empliyees are lazy glad to go back to 24hour fitness

A few suggestions;-water at the fountain tastes so bad, change it or change the filter-close the front door, smelling in-n-out isn’t fun-bathroom toilet paper quality is so bad & dirty-stock hand sanitizer again-have staff clean machines, the smell of cologne is on several of them-if staff does smoke weed, they should already air out the smell before coming back to the deskPlease & thank you!

I was a member at this gym for a year with 0 problems, until this May when they decided to charge me twice for the annual membership fee. After I showed up with bank statements that verified this mishap, the assistant manager Yulisa continued to deny that it happened and basically accused me of falsifying this info. There is no corporate number to communicate this issue they said since its franchise owned, so it's going on my permanent blacklist. They will steal money from your account, ask you for proof, and then deny that it happened. Complete waste of my time.

I know the specific locations don't make the rules for PF, but this was my primary location so here's my review.PF allows you to create an account online, but in order to close your account, you have to personally walk into a location or write a snail mail. What a scam! What company doesn't offer phone or email support to close to your account?? I mean even credit card companies allow you to close your account by phone. This company makes it as difficult for you to cancel so they can keep billing you.I haven't gone to the gym in over a month and I continue to be charged for this trash service.Oh and when they show you that bogus crowd meter on their app, it's lies. It always shows small crowds but when you get there, it's packed!... 90% of machines taken.

Well-maintained machines and a clean place. The staff very helpful for answering your queries. Minimal to no wait-times for machinesDefinitely recommend!

Ok so I get a very good vibe from this gym. It seems clean. Quite good light and disposition. What I notice too is that there’s a lot of under 40 ish people!!! Maybe it’s because I come from Florida and Florida sucks haha. Bro in Fl they are all over 40. Crazy. Am 26. The trainer seems to have a great energy, I just saw him with others.+ here is the schedule 🤙🏻

There are no complaints here. Customer service is phenomenal. Equipment always works. Gym is clean and well kept. For those of us with disabilities I love that it's still judgment free and a safe space. They do have ramps and great machines for us as well. A very inclusive experience.

Good gym only thing they need is more than 1 leg press machine (real one, not the machine weights)

Rude employees. Be aware that you can cancel your membership only in person and employees are going to be joking and not being serious.Restrooms are often disgusting.
