Friendly staff but the bethrooms are always in bad shape, the disinfectant wipes are never placed properly, and the towels aren't changed out often enough and are usually soggy

$70 a month? Yeah you're out of your mind inshape. The equipment is old, the gym is dirty, and the layout is small and crammed together. Good luck though.

Small gym with a high membership, but they aren’t strict on who can get it out. Meaning random people can walk in and take your items. So be careful, leave personal items in the car.

Was greeted Joyfully by Jordan (Blonde, Front desk) and pointed to the correct direction for Locker rooms. Sauna is offered and that is a must-have for my weight loss cuts. There is plenty of square footage, decent people, and a pumped up attitude here. Equipment is in good shape and there is ALWAYS parking available. Good Gym overall.

Been in tracy for over 10 years and have gone to In-Shape since moving here. I have 2 complaints against this particular location, one being from my experience last Sunday night (Nov 20).I don’t know who was (or wasn’t) working that night, but that was the 1 and only time they turned the lights off while there were still people in the gym. Matter of fact I was still naked in the shower (there were others also showering). No 10 min, 5 min, or closing warning announcements. Even heard the guy doing the last sweep after close in the men’s locker room mumble “this is bs, I shouldn’t have to babysit people”. I agree, you shouldn’t. Announcing closing alerts might’ve helped you out you jackass. So because they turned the lights off on me while I was naked in the shower then trying to get dressed in the dark while some impatient youngster was yelling “hurry up” it’s still not your guys fault if I forgot a personal belonging in the gym that night?Second complaint is the locker room itself. 2 story gym with 4-6 different workout rooms and only 5 seats in the locker room? So little space to sit and get dressed and the floor is always wet.
