This place hasn't had 24 hours access for well over a year, The manager claims that they can't get coverage for the hours, when I know for a fact that she has refused to even discuss hiring people who are available and interested in the position.It's very frustrating, the place is overpacked, it gets to where there is barely room to walk let alone workout. Many people have joined this gym under the impression that it would eventually be opened for the remaining hours as Planet Fitness is advertised as 24 hours.In fact I'm pretty sure that the gym membership states that the facility is supposed to be available 24 hours everyday, and since this is advertised by the company it becomes a bit of a legal issue. This feels like false advertising, this feels like I've been cheated, The manager of this establishment has been disrespecting her clientele and the local community with this behavior. To be frank it's absolutely unprofessional, it's lazy, selfish, and irresponsible.Do Your job

Love the ambiance, the staff are friendly and attentive to members with a smile to top it off. PF is awesome coz the workout is based on your own needs and no critics. It’s pretty chill!

This location of planet fitness is always busy especially during non-office hours/days but I don’t mind it. For the amount I pay I think what I am being offered is good enough. I am soon thinking about getting a personal trainer and I will update my experience regarding that.Update: no personal trainer program in Planet Fitness😢

I drive a truck for a living and I go to the facility in Tracy. First time I went there a gentleman named Angel. I think he's a manager. Very nice. Pleasant made me feel very welcome. The facility is very busy in the afternoon but I still get more than enough chance to work out. They try to keep the place very clean and neat. I enjoy coming in every Monday afternoon when I can and Angel says hi. Makes me want to come back a great facility. Great people that work there

Went in and was given a tour by Destiny. Destiny was very knowledgeable about the fitness equipment and explained everything thoroughly. Destiny checked on the family during follow-up visits and made the family feel welcome.

This PF club is awesome. The front crew starting with Angel, Austin, Renz Mani & Destiny are always very welcoming and they go above and beyond when it comes to making sure members have the best experience.
