I recently moved from NY to Tracy and since I already have a membership, I might as well continue to use it. This location is HUGE compared to what I've been using in NY. The staff are genuine and friendly. We had a nice chat about where everything was. The bathrooms and equipment are constantly being cleaned and update.

The gym was clean and friendly. Busy but tons of machines so didn't matter, and they all worked so that's cool. I like more free weight options, but everything was in good condition so no complaints. I want to join a gym that has swimming and sauna type stuff, but Planet Fitness is not a bad option.

A customer was giving the staff a hard time about an issue she was having w her membership. She was being very rude to the manager. The manager remained so calm and respectful. It was sad to see him be disrespected but I am glad he handled it perfectly. Employees here are always nice.

My name is Floyd. I travel frequently in California and have a Planet Fitness Membership. I have been extremely impresses with the Tracy location. The organized staff, the way they are constantly on rotation on the floor cleaning equipment, emptying trash, refilling towel dispensers and spray bottles. This is something I dont even see in my home town Planet Fitness. The staff in my gym are great but the equipment takes forever to be repaired and the towel dispensers are always empty or broken.The staff at the Tracy location are very professional and friendly in a very sincere way. They never appear over eager or like they are acting. I look forward to my workouts 3 days a week. Its a hard job dealing with the public, and they deserve the recognition of being a good group of people.I honestly look forward to the next 16 + months of working out in Tracy.Planet Fitness. Just thought I would give credit where credit is due.The Gym manager and shift managers should definitely be proud of themselves and their staff.

I was hesitant to join another big name gym, however once I took a look around and realized just how efficient this 0lace was run, I had no doubts. The staff is friendly and constantly cleaning. The rules are always enforced, which makes for less clutter around the equipment. The app is amazing and even lets you know how crowded the gym is any time of day! I actually joined and paid online and it took less than 3 minutes to sign a form, take a picture, and start my workout on my first visit! So easy! Ample parking and great atmosphere top it off. Great job PF, Tracy!!

Like all Planet Fitness on my VA to OR Spring trip, this one was super clean, very nice equipment, and the front desk greeted me at 5am like a long term customer. Great place to work out. Super clean locker and showers, too. Really appreciate Planet Fitness franchises and how professional they are in all aspects of fitness gym operations. My weight went from 218 to 188 in 6 months. Highly recommended. 5 stars.
