I highly recommend joining this gym! The level of consistent cleanliness is impressive. The gym floor, the equipment, bathrooms, locker rooms, and massage areas are always spotless. The best part about coming here is the staff. Every person who walks in is warmly welcomed, and you can tell that they sincerely care about giving guests the best experience. Angel, Annalisa, and Jackson are always super friendly, personable, and helpful. There have been many times where Angel has gone out of his way to help me with even the tiniest things that aren't a part of his job description. When he left, the gym went completely downhill. Fast. I ended up canceling my membership. When I went in to confirm the cancellation, I was really happy to see Angel there! When he told me that he was back with the company, I renewed my membership. I’m very disappointed that the GM who took over when Angel left had fired Annalisa. When I came in for the first time she was really sweet, very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my (many) questions. She walked me around every area of the gym so I knew where everything was. These are the types of employees who are hired and trained by Angel. Whoever was smart enough to get Angel back should do the same with Annalisa. People will always choose to spend their money at fitness centers who have people like Angel, Annalisa, and Jackson working there.
