The staff is very friendly and helpful. The gym is big and even though it gets crowded at times I can always find the equipment I need with little wait!

The staff is friendly and helpful, and there’s members in all stages of training, as opposed to a meathead gym. I broke my leg in June and needed to pause my membership, and the staff was amazingly helpful. I start back today, and cannot wait!

It’s always clean and the staff has always been very welcoming. I also like all the different types of cardio machines and the 30 minute circuit workout.

I have been to quite a few Planet Fitness locations. This has remained my favorite. They have done a better job at keeping their equipment working and their site is always well kept. They also have equipment at this location that they don't have at the other PF that is close to me, which is in Ewing.Update (2022): I have knocked off two stars because lately when I have come to work out, the gym's cleaniless is atrocious. Equipment not in the right place. Trash on the floors and near the windows. Worse, it is during the very early hours when hardly anyone is here which means there is time to get everything cleaned up before the main crowd gets here. I hope that there is an improvement because this is my favorite and closest PF location.

This is a great gym for people at all levels in you fitness journey. The gym has a clean and friendly environment. It is affordable and has a lot of amenities including in the $20 a month membership. These include bringing a friend to work out with, tanning, Free Trainer, and massage chairs / tables. You will enjoy making your workout here part of your weekly routine.

Ilyana is the best trainer. Full of personality and positivity. She really knows her stuff.Gym isn't the cleanest. Dust bunnies everywhere. Patrons not following protocols for wiping equipment or proper clothing. Crocs, sandals and jeans don't belong in the gym.

When I arrived, the overhead music was at a tolerable level. Shortly into my workout, the volume increased dramatically, and there were actually TWO streams of music playing simultaneously. I could hear them, despite using my earbuds, playing my own music, AND wearing ear protection rated for suppressing firearm noise. I mean, it was LOUD!I complained to the two employees standing around at the front desk, and they said that they couldn't do anything, because "the manager had the remote." Apparently, this is some sort of oddball sound system which doesn't come equipped with a volume control knob, if you can believe it. I don't.These employees said nothing could be done until the manager [a Ms. Martinez] came in. Tomorrow. It appears that the employees at the front desk are completely powerless to address a simple request to turn the music down. Planet Fitness could save some money by replacing these two with mannequins.Successful businesses understand the wisdom making customers happy; others earn 1-star ratings.

The gym does not have updated equipment like other planet fitness gyms that I visited. The locker rooms are dirty and the stand up tanning booths always break. I doubt the light bulbs have been changed in them
