I was going to write a generally positive review, but this comment by the gym owner in these reviews has made me re-think that:" Members and guests are NOT required to wear a mask while actively working out..."Huh? Everyone there is "actively working out", and you breath harder when you're working out than just sitting or walking, so you need a MASK MORE. Covid-19 is real, folks, and it's mostly spread by breathing.There is a sign on the door saying masks are required, and fortunately, despite this manager's attitude, most members do.The gym is generally clean, and equipment is in decent shape, although I find they don't address issues like squeaks or loose mechanisms as quickly as they should, allowing problems to get worse before they finally get fixed.The new mats (don't know how new, I just returned on re-opening in July) are too heavy and too short, and that corner of the gym is too crowded and too hot. It's impossible to maintain distance when people have to walk to that corner to get or replace mats.The cleaning fluid is mostly water. I doubt very much that it can kill the coronavirus.The treadmills and bikes are barely six feet apart, even with every other one blocked off. They should be spread out more.

It felt good to be back in the gym, I loved this sweet little employee yaliz she was a true warrior she stayed on the floor walking around constantly cleaning the machines making sure everyone has their mask on. Quite the busy beaver with a big personality. Keep up the fantastic work young lady!!

I love this gym! Very spacious with different options for equipment opposed to other locations. I prefer to go at night because it’s much more quieter. The staff are very friendly. I had a great first experience. Nadine is awesome and she’s very accommodating. Thank you again!

I love this gym! And I’ve been a member at several local gyms over the years for comparison. This PF is huge! Lots of room so you don’t have to worry about finding personal space to workout. Lots of machines, I rarely have to wait for a machine, and when I do there are plenty of options to move around to. Super clean facility with a nice sized locker room! The hours of operation are perfect- open 24 hours. And finally the membership fee can’t be beat. I upgraded to the Black Card so I can bring a friend and use the massage area, well worth the price!

The staff works harder than any other gym I've seen at keeping it clean maintaining good equipment and is always quick to help anyone who needs it. They're very friendly I love coming to this one it's spacious and sunny. Def would recommend this place!

In general I dislike the whole concept of Planet Fitness, with its lack of free weights, and silly notion that you shouldn't grunt or make any audible noise when you are working out. But this place is by my office and it is easy for me to hop over for a quick workout at lunch. The staff is nice and I have noticed that they all work to keep the place clean consistently. I wish I had another option, but at least it's a clean and friendly location.

This Planet Fitness has modern, well-maintained equipment, friendly staff, and provides a very comfortable environment for casual gym-goers like me.

Passing through the area and decided to visit. It's a 24/7 location, but apparently they were having some sort of electrical/ lighting issue, so they closed early. Very disappointing since I was looking forward to working out all day.

Best planet out of the 3 I’ve been in. Always clean. Very big place. The tanning beds are amazing. I’d give this gym 5 stars if u could but I can’t because most of the staff is rude. Never a hello or even a smile from any of the female staff. Some of the males are nice but they could use a customer service training or two.

The 6 pm Wednesday staff was very rude and unprofessional, made me feel very uncomfortable to the point i left out and went to a different location! It really sucks because I've been going to this gym for yrs and never had anyone be so nasty and rude soon as i walked through the door! Pls train the staff to be kind and courteous to the gym members! Besides that i love the gym, very peaceful!
