Front desk staff always welcoming and polite. Manager is not uptight and always ask how I’m doing. Clean, fun and cool vibes. I love going there when I’m in the area. Good job Morrisville PF.

I joined last July when Jersey gyms were shut down and decided to stay! The staff is friendly and courteous, it’s clean and the equipment is spaced out nicely. A great no frills gym especially for the money!

I have no problem with the gym. I came here to give a five star review but I have to say I am horrified that in previous reviews you let someone post pictures of someone working out without their knowledge or consent. I get the guy is annoyed that the persons mask was down but the gym is a judgment free zone. The gym is where people go to better themselves and a lot of people don’t feel comfortable. This is a huge invasion of that man’s privacy. Management should have stepped up and told him to take that picture down. It’s very hard for a lot of people to even walk into a gym without having to worry about someone taking pictures and posting them online.

There are some serious problems with this location now. The previous manager was stern in a good way. She was nice, but fair. Masks had to be warn the entire time during your work out, and the staff was out and about making sure all bottles were filled, and towels were in abundance. She must have been fed up with what has been happening with corporate because it has gone down hill.Last night, I saw people of the treadmill with no masks. Three out of the six stations, no towels to clean the machines, and many more people just not wearing masks out and about. The staff just refuses to uphold the rules that their own company had set.One other serious problem; why are employees allowed to use their phones at customer service? I will admit, I am at fault for looking at my phone, but they all gather at customer service and just have their heads down, not watching the gym, and enforcing their policy for cleanlinessI was tempted last night to look up locations to address this business and health concern, but I thought I would call their corporate office first. Waiting to hear back from them.

Pleasant staff, always someone cleaning. I am always greeted and someone always says goodbye or have a nice day when I leave. The music is never just one blaring thing there is a good mix. I also like that there is a real mix of people, between ages, nationality, color or whatever..... a real mixing pot. 👍 …

It was exceptionally good.The staff were very respectful and friendly.They also keep an eye on the cleaning supplies on the designated cleaning stations all around the gym and fill them up frequently. The entire gym had less than 30 ppl working out with social distancing impressively practiced.The gym 💪 is entirely neat and smells so nice as well. Parking spaces are also lavishly available Recommended for customers 100%.

I've been a Planet Fitness member several times over the years with different home gyms. The vibe here is positive, the front staff are friendly and helpful, the facilities are kept clean, and the gym-goers are very diverse in age, ethnicity, etc. I like it! And, of course, even with a “Black Card” membership like I have, the price is right. For some reason, it seems the less I pay for a gym, the more I tend to go. And if I get busy for a few weeks or am spending more time exercising outdoors, I don’t feel guilty about keeping the membership going.

It’s a great beginner gym. Cheap, plenty of machines, a very spacious cardio area, and nice amenities. Staff is also very friendly and everything is clean. I wouldn’t recommend it for experienced lifters or people interested in powerlifting however, as there are no barbells and the dumbbells only go up to 60 pounds. This is true of all Planet Fitness gyms though as far as I know, so it’s a 5/5 PF.

Kinda intimidating for someone who's never been in a gym before and nobody is willing to walk through or explain the equipment before signing up for a membership. My sister and I asked for help from the person at the desk but she said it wasn't get job. When we asked if there was a manager who could help explain things, she said she was the manager. Now my sister is still being charged for her black card membership even though she cancelled it 3 months ago!

I enjoy very much my workouts at Planet Fitness. The staff is great and very friendly. However, recently they installed machines to use when wiping down the equipment. Well, the machines dispense a paper like TISSUE that breaks up and makes it very hard to fold. Bits and pieces of the "tissue" are all over the Gym! I wish they would bring back the Brown paper towels !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
