I’ve been coming to Chuze for a couple weeks now, and like it so far.Biggest complaint I have is that the place is small. The first floor is especially crowded, even more so in the free weights area. It’s really annoying to have people hoarding weights, too. Even if you’re working in with somebody, you don’t need two or three sets of dumbbells at once. Maybe if you’re trying to do a superset, sure, but there aren’t enough weights for that. Especially in the sub-40 lbs. weight range. I find myself constantly trying to find exercises to replace what I want to do with dumbbells, but the machines are usually full, too.I really wish this Chuze would move into a bigger building and get more equipment. There’s clearly a need. The people I’ve interacted with - both staff and members - have all been very polite. Almost everyone who uses the equipment wipes it down after, and almost everyone throws the used wipes away.Overall a pretty good - albeit overcrowded a lot of the time - gym.

Sauna out. Come on!!! Y'all are doing a major disservice to the members and the community. The management is of poor quality and also a hand dryer is out in the men's room. Do something useful and put a sign up stating "out of order, planning on never repairing because we don't value our members.." meanwhile we still got cash flow to compensate for our dreaded team and real estate without making a difference to make improvement.

For the most part Chuze staff seems to care about my patronage. I’m not sure about managers, and above. I had the occasion to bring to the staff’s attention that a strap was broken on one of the rowing machine. It took 4 weeks to fix that problem. There have been a few incidents where machines, or sinks were broken for some time before being fixed.

The busiest, dirtiest, and smallest of all the Chuze gyms in tucson. It's almost impossible to get a decent workout at this gym. It's full of high school kids standing around hogging equipment. Nothing ever gets fixed in a timely manner. Sauna caught fire 3 months ago, and by the staffs own admitting, it won't be fixed anytime soon. Honestly, one of if not the worst gyms in tucson. The other Chuze gyms in tucson are great. I'm not sure why the Southside Chuze is allowed to be in such terrible condition.

This review would be 5 stars if weekend closing time was at least 10 pm. 8 pm closing is unrealistic because there are many hard working people that are unable to get a full workout in before that time. Staff are friendly. (edit: I dropped my 3 star to a 5 star because I'm standing outside waiting for the gym to open at 6am)

There is a reason this business has an F rating from the Better Business Bureau.I tore my ACL and Chuze claimed they would freeze my membership. They claimed they would stop charging me and provide refunds for all of the months I was being charged while injured, but only after they received "proof". I sent them my surgery bill with the date, but they are refusing to stop charging me. I just get response emails without a phone number from random names like "stephanie" or "kiara" without a title saying they need documentation. I haven't been in the gym for months, and the last few times was to speak to the front desk. This company is garbage
