Staff are great and very welcoming. Gym isn't always super packed when I go around 11am-1pm but cant always do that because of work. Really hope they'll go 24-7 again currently I don't get to use my membership a lot due to being so busy during the hours I can go because of work. Please Please go 24-7 soon! Thanks for working so hard.

Been working out at this location since it was first built around 2017. I've had an overall great experience and I truly prefer chuze over other gyms. Yet the the steamroom service is inconsistent. I very much enjoy using the steamroom and it motivates me to workout almost every day. I normally exercise between 4am-12pm and the steamroom seems to be simply shut off. Not even an "out of order sign", its just turned off. I hope this issue is addressed soon so that I may give this chuze location the five star rating it deserves.

I’ve been a member since this location opened. It use to be exceptionally clean and friendly. Unfortunately, now it’s overcrowded, little to no space and not as clean. I would expect it to be even more clean due to Covid-19 but it’s not. It’s actually gross most days. None of the original staff are here anymore and it reflects in everything from the cleanliness to the friendly atmosphere. This location needs to go back to 24hrs. It’s crowded ALL the time and more than half the people are either sitting around chatting or doing full circuits with 2-3 machines. No one should be allowed to use up 2+ machines when there’s more people than equipment. Overall, this location is just a hot mess.

Friendly staff, fun music and a cardio cinema room. The main crowd here is middle age to young with some sprinkles of maturity here and there but you can sense that all are welcome. Truly a judgement free zone and that's not just a gimmick. Alot more crowded lately however.

Management is Rude and unprofessional. I been going to this gym about 4 months and the Sauna and Steam never worked not one day. I really don’t know why we pay extra, Worst Gym I Ever been too honestly. If I could give 0 stars I would.

it’s a decent gym, i hate the fact the every time i come in there’s a chick from the front desk that ALWAYS follows me to the locker room and pretends to do her side work when she’s really just watching me. i’d give the gym 5 stars if it wasn’t for her grimey self tryna single me out and discriminate. this is the main reason why i haven’t been to this location in a minute. i’ll take a video of her the next time i show up so you guys can watch for yourself.

I love chuze this location is a little crowded and I noticed the staff isn't as attentive as other locations. some of the equipment could use replacing. The amenities and classes along with equipment is well worth the membership

I've been working out at this Gym for months paying the $20 membership that includes Sauna, hydro massage AND Steam Room... And the Stream room is always out of Order... Today I asked the staff at the front desk when is that getting fixed and the employee said " I don't know".. I told him it was not good business to offer something and never have it available... And his answer was " You can Always Down Grade your Membership "What a Great Answer... 🤬😡

Very friendly and attentive associates... Always extremely helpful..If your not into what I would call Rap music , and at times very loud and annoying, think about bringing your own music.The shower stalls on the men's side are generally clean could could be better..There are 3 sinks but generally between 1 and 2 are always down for repairs..this has gone on for years..Generally there hasn't been anyone really on the floor to follow up with the companies rules for using the equipment. Signs are posted but inforcement sometimes is lacking..The other Chuze locations have features that this location will unfortunately probably never obtain..
