Nice workers. But…if you have any payment issues or want to quit the corporate office provides THE WORST customer service. Will never use again. Planet fitness is far more reasonable.

I tried to cancel apparently it didn’t happen even though I was told it was and got charged. I immediately called after noticing and was told a refund was not possible and they should really charge me next month too. I told the girl at corporate I would be posting a review and she said “Well I don’t have to waive next month” like is that a threat? Are you saying if I post a bad review you’re not gonna waive next month even though I had already tried to cancel previously anyways ? It’s not my fault it wasn’t noted. That to me sounded like a very unprofessional threat and that’s not okay. I guess I’m out $33 for a month that I’m not going to the gym for so beware. They will threaten to charge you additional months if you tell them you’re gonna give them a bad review. Hopefully they don’t charge me anymore or try to retaliate over this review.

The best gym in town, every time I go here I get greeted by the best staff(the managers), they know my name. Plenty of equipment to go around, cleanliness is top tier in this place, they make everything clear when signing up, would definitely recommend to everyone I see

I visited this location recently when I was in town and LOVED it! Both Emily and Louis were so helpful to show me around. I am moving here soon and wanted a place that is clean with a friendly staff and I found both!

Super clean gym and love the open layout. Plenty of treadmills which is my main machine when i workout. I was greeted as soon as i walked in and felt welcomed and comfortable. Great staff. Emily was attentive and able to answer all my questions regarding memberships and the facility.
