Decent gym, they will charge you 10 per month and some extra 50dllrs per year to "maintain " the gym looking good. Not a 24/7 but the sauna is really disgusting and some equipment is not working properly as I expect for getting charge the extra money for maintenance.Update, sauna looks great and o appreciate taking prompt action on my concern. I am a 100% satisfied member.

We set our membership up at the South Tulsa Location. This was all done on site. We were never told that we could not cancel at the same location, but only with the “Corporate” office that is only open Monday - Friday 8-5. When I came in on 8/27 to cancel my membership I was handed a tiny slip of paper with an email and no other instructions. I was told to send my name and birthday to the email and they would cancel the membership. I found this odd, but did as instructed also sending membership number, phone number and address. I was sent an auto reply saying I would hear back in 48 hours. Nothing! No response! I work until 5pm so I called today 9/1/22 at 5:15pm. I was told it is pending cancellation on 10/8/22. When I asked why, the assistant manager told me it’s a 30 day cancellation then in his exact words said “well that still doesn’t make sense.” No sir you are correct it does not make sense. So be warned if you want to set up a membership, they are happy to help, but cancellation is a whole different experience. This is beyond unprofessional and unacceptable!

Best Gym experience in the area. David is a great asset to this gym. Gym has been extremely clean since his arrival. 10gym. Don't lose this gem of an employee.

Wonderful gym, I’ve been going here since 2020, always clean and well organized! The manager there is way too kind and goes above and beyond for the guests! Favorite gym in Tulsa.

Great facility! Love all the employees. Especially the morning receptionist. Would recommend to anyone that’s looking for a chill gym to workout. Not very busy, at all.

By far the most pristine and well kept clean gym I’ve ever been in my life, I highly recommend checking it out. Staff is really friendly, The manager Luis always makes sure everybody is taken cared of. Will recommend everybody I know to come join me for my workouts

Having worked at 10gym it was a great Experience, the manager Luis is a great guy and cares about all the members here at east and does his best to get to know you. The rest of the staff is really awesome as well and so nice. The other members are also really friendly and willing to help new people to the gym out. Definitely recommend going to this gym.

Excellent facility, great equipment, child care is awesome! When you check in, the staff always gives you a pleasant greeting. Obviously the Management is doing a fantastic job! No pushy sales people, they keep everything clean and the locker room is always super clean. Highly recommended!!

My favorite gym in Tulsa! Cleaner than any gym I’ve been in and very well maintained. Great atmosphere with friendly members! The employees are super helpful and really nice!I’m happy they started the classes back this week💜🧘🏽♀️💃🏽Don’t take my word for it go look for yourself!Highly recommend

I've been a member si ce 2 years ago and I never had any complaints about the staff or the facility. Now they opened the new 31st and mingo location and it's amazing. The location it's bigger and it has more and new equipment. It feels great to come and get my workout done!
