Sweat Club is a supportive and inclusive gym filled with lots of positivity along side some great opportunities to build your fitness. I've never thought of myself as someone who would fit in at a gym, but from the first day I walked in everyone was warm and welcoming. It's the only gym where I've ever been able to stick with it consistently. Part of the magic is the welcoming and affirming community, part of it is that they meet you right where you are with no judgment, and part of it is that they offer so many opportunities to work on the mental aspects of getting fit, not just the physical. If you're looking for a gym where you can un-self-consciously show up in shorts and a t-shirt with messy hair at 7am, this is definitely your place. It's a hard place not to love once you get started.

Sprenk helped me so much with the journey into fitness postpartum. When I got pregnant again, her knowledge and compassion helped me stay active and find a new comfortable for fitness. This gym is fun, free of judgement, and is a great community! She started as a coach and I know consider her a friend.

This gym and the trainers here are some of the loveliest and most caring folks. No talks about losing weight or dieting, only how to get stronger and more badass. They are so inclusive and welcoming to those that might not fit at the traditional weightlifting gym. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a gym home.

Sweat Club is a wonderful and supportive environment. I've learned to feel comfortable and confident working out with weights for the first time. I love the options to work out in small groups, or solo. Coach Sprenk and Lili are amazing, and the community presence is really great. Can't recommend enough!

This is the most inclusive and welcoming fitness club I have ever belonged to, and I have belonged to quite a few. A judgement free zone where the focus is on your goals and your health as defined by you, not by arbitrary external criteria. The owner and staff exemplify what it means to be a people-centered business. I came looking for more range in my hips, and I have stayed for the amazing community.

Sprenk’s Post Partum Rebuild was just what I needed to feel confident coming back to the gym after taking a long break after my babies. The coaches are all knowledgeable and encouraging, and the atmosphere is welcoming. empowering and just plain fun! Love this place!

I’m newer to this gym but I can’t express how much I enjoy being a part of it. The equipment is great, the people are great, the class options are great and really the whole environment is great. I feel valued, seen and safe in this space while also getting a great work out.

The sweat Club and sprenk and Lilli are the most inclusive whole body/mind trainers !! The thing that is always apparent is “ not perfect but consistent” ideology that keeps you inspired to show up! A year and a half in and I’m doing things I thought were not possible! Try it out and let yourself shine!!
