I am so in love with this gym! Before finding this gym, I used to do different types of exercise for a year, then stopped working out for almost three years (due to personal issues). Then, when I was ready to get back, I was trying to find a workout routine that excited me while giving me the results I wanted. Then, I found 3D fitness. I was never into weight lifting, but I'm in love with this circuit training! I started with two days/week to ease into the routine, and then after a month, I increased to 3 days/week. That's when I started to see a transformation in my body, mind, and health. I felt stronger, younger, happier, slimmer, and more energetic than ever! Most of all, I like the owners, Nancy and Chris. They are such an enthusiastic trainer, easy to talk to, very attentive, and most of all, very welcoming! I did not feel intimated at all when I first started. They know when to push you and provide you with some modifications (depending on your level). Also, because they make everyone feel at home, all the members take care of this place. I am so glad I found my gym!

What a GEM this gym is! I’ve been going to 3D Fitness for 10 months now and can honestly say that coming to this gym is the highlight of the 4 days a week I come to train here! I’ve been with other small gyms and without a doubt the people you will meet here will and have become family- everyone is so encouraging and motivating-especially the owners-Chris and Nancy-who are one of the most genuine couples you will ever meet. The workouts are fun, yet challenging and Chris and Nancy will always help you modify to your level, but are always keeping and eye out for each of us to make sure we’re getting the best workout every time!

My wife and I love 3D fitness because every time we go, we feel like we get the most intense workouts in the least amount of time. The movements are not intimidating or difficult to learn, but they are challenging enough that you will definitely feel the burn. When we look at our Apple Watch at the end of the workouts, we burn sometimes 600-800 calories in 45 minutes. I’ve put on some pounds since the pandemic and from being a new dad, and since I’ve been gone back to 3D fitness the last couple of weeks, I’ve made great progress in shedding a few pounds already!I will also note that the owners, Nancy and Chris, are just wonderful, supportive coaches and just overall great people that really care about every person that walks through the door. They take the time to get to know everyone and build a strong, friendly community. And I feel proud to be part of it.I highly recommend 3D fitness!

Went to my first class the day after moving to the area. I had followed 3d on social media and decided to try before ever meeting Nancy or Chris. I signed up immediately after my first class. I've lived in a lot of cities, and joined a lot of gyms over the years, but there's something really special about 3d. The workouts vary from day to day to keep it interesting, but always challenging you. Nancy and Chris both quickly learn your abilities and push you to be better every class. But the one thing that stands out here, is the community they've created. They know all their members and make a point to introduce you and make you feel comfortable with everyone every single class. I'm so glad I found this place!

I signed up for this fitness three months after doing a C-section. Great work out and I diffidently saw the results with in first few weeks. Great/clean location and great coaches. These couples (gym owners) are so nice and friendly and they really spend time with every individual during workout sessions. Their activities changes in daily basis as well, so you get to try so many different workouts every day. I do recommend this gym for every one who want intense workout.

Love this place!! Chris and Nancy are super friendly and professional. They design excellent workouts every day and also offer alternatives to the workouts, for those with lesser degree of fitness and always encourages to push one-self. Everyone I work out with are so amazing and motivating, it feels like a family with lot of support and encouragement. I have been going here for 4 months now and I can clearly see the progression in my fitness and energy level. I wish I had found this place sooner but better late than never.

I’ve been a member of 3D Fitness for over 3 years now and absolutely love it! Chris and Nancy are very personable and create a welcoming environment for everyone. The gym is put together nicely and is always clean and tidy. I love the sense of community they’ve created which adds to the support and encouragement to all. I became addicted right away, I love that every class is different from the last and started seeing results in just a couple weeks. No matter what athletic level you are, you will find each class very accommodating. Choosing to have a healthier lifestyle, 3D fitness had a very big impact on my motivation to keep going.

I live overseas but come back to Cali twice a year, and always look forward to coming back specifically to work out at 3D Fitness. The class pass options are flexible for people who can only go once in a while. And they’re just a lot of fun. Everyone is positive and happy. You’re exhausted but you leave energized! Only con is it’s by a good bagel place so you should park on the other side so you don’t negate your calories burned.

I started 3D about 2 months ago because it was the closest gym to my house and I didn't expect it to be this great! It's a welcoming environment for everyone; I'm 17 and there are people of all ages/fitness levels so I never feel out of place. Everyone is super supportive and the trainers always help me when I need modifications. They really want what's best for you, and care about your progress. I also like how the exercises aren't focused on one thing exclusively so I'm getting better at my strength and fitness at the same time. Each day brings a new set of exercises and circuit styles. I'm never bored, which is amazing for me because I get bored super easily. They also have group challenges and relays, which are pretty fun. When I started, I could barely do a plank for 15 seconds and now I can hold it for longer than one minute. I've become better at the exercises and still am sore everyday! I originally wanted to come 2-3 times a week, and now end up coming 4-5 times a week because it is so addicting! My only wish is they would offer more classes!

However, coaches offer modifications to customize to one's needs. I like this because this prevents injury.2) Class is easy to follow with lots of variation of exercise. Every time I go I have felt different areas of muscles being worked.3) Feels more similar to semi-personal training. Coaches will help you adjust for proper form and provide motivation.4) Class is diverse. Wide age and gender in class and everyone is friendly.5) Equipment is modern and clean. Big gyms equipment is generic, 3D invested far more in quality and latest technology of equipment.They have price/package for everyone. Along with monthly membership, they offer bundle passes for those who want to ease in slowly. I started off going once in a while, but eventually got into a routine.*Insider Tip - 6AM classes are less congested and great for 1st timers.
