**Update **The planet fitness member who commented on this never helped me as well. Instead they kept sending advertisements. I also learned the man who helped me was the manager, he claimed he didn’t remember me, how do you not remember someone constantly call saying they were overcharged. I even saw him in person. I also learned my experience is very similar to a lot of members. I canceled my entire membership this week, let’s hope they don’t keep charging me.In May I asked the front desk to change my black card to the basic membership. The person said they did it and I signed. In June I was charged $23 and I called to complain. The man on the phone said he was sorry and would not charge me July in return. In July they charged me $23 again. I called yesterday and they said they won't charge August in return, how can I believe them after they already said this and they would not do September. They owe me $26 for being overcharged 2 times now but they refused to do it. I'm so disappointed in this place.

Dirty dirty and dirty.. 8amWater everywhere from showerA homeless woman put her stuffs everywhere and when I get near the locker she was at, she makes “noise” like “my territory “She was at the “make up stand” until I leave.One hour make up, .. seems like nothing great in the face though..Fix her hair 4times.Yeah she is the one was in she shower and water everywhere outside the showerThe was first time I went and I will never come back

No security nor professionalism.I had my belongings stolen from the locker room despite having placed a combination lock on the locker. Only one staff person was to be found when I approached the front desk. The attendant asked if I had misplaced my backpack . Such an absurd question despite my claims of my locker being broken into and had my possessions stolen. The attendant expressed there’s not much they can do nor asked for specifics of what the items were and what locker number I used. After being more assertive to ask for camera footage, the attendant said that he will inform the manager. Suffice it to say, Planet Fitness did little to react or make me feel safe to return. I had to put in the effort so that they would take even an ounce of action. I filed a police report and investigation will be done, but I recommend reconsidering your membership or if you plan to purchase one.

Love working out here, they keep the place very clean and have the equipment I need. They also have a good culture of wearing masks and keeping social distance. I tend to go during off hours to avoid the crowd as it does get a bit filled.

It was so clean before covid, but I don’t know what happened. It is not clean like before. I am sure this branch is one of the busiest ones, but there is a lack of equipments, and they don’t want to add or extend the equipment, and you have wait for a bench or other equipment for a long time, especially in the morning. I checked another branch they have the same equipment but more in quantity.

The bottom line? Clean, not packed and not a long wait for machines. I signed up for the black card deal, and I really enjoyed using the hydro massage chair. That's easily going to be a regular thing for me. Machine and equipment wise, it's pretty standard. You'll have battling ropes, Smith machines for squats, chest press whatever else you want to do. The only things you won't have the Olympic bars that can be used for chest presses or squats using plates.. There are plates, but they are for the Smith machine. Overall, for the price, yes I recommend it...as for the people saying that it's filthy, there are paper rolls and spray bottles with disinfectant around the club... You just ha e to be willing to do something nice. Cheers.

It's a nice gym and when it comes to equipment it's great but when it comes to cleanliness it is horrible. I don't know what happened because it was very clean when I started coming here. The last 3 weeks it's been so disgusting in the restrooms. I have to shower and get ready for work because I live far and it's just disgusting. Also, the front staff is always never to be found for good at a time.

This place is dirty!When I visited this location I was looking for a simple workout. I wasn't expecting the newest machines or the latest machines. I was ust looking for a clean environment to workout out in.This is not that place.I've been to many pf locations but this is the worst in relationship to maintenance and upkeep. The entrance was dirty, the machines were dirty, the locker room was a disaster. I urge you to NOT visit this location. If you're looking to join... This is not the right place.This place has no pride of ownership.

They should fix the shower heads of all the showers and the planet fitness (and the others as well) not broken just really bad

Great monthly rate and a nice variety of equipment. If you stay consistent, they have everything you need to get in shape.
