I just had another rude service at this location- .... I visited this location after hiking this morning and had my backpack on me - after about 5 minutes of workout two employees came up to me saying members complained about my backpack 🎒 lol .. honestly there was hardly anyone at the gym. I felt super uncomfortable working out cuz they were watching me

I come here a lot very nice and clean , you need obviously a mask to enter I know that they're some specific times when it get busy but when I always come I never find a line so good luck 😊 …

This location has definitely changed my perception of Planet Fitness! Clean, spacious with friendly staff and a new, enthousiastic trainer. Glad I found this place!

I went there in the middle of the night recently and I was unable to use the tanning booths because the woman who is manning the front desk did not speak a single syllable of English. Is that even Legal to hire someone who doesn’t speak any English? Unbelievable. She pretended like she knew what I was talking about at first but come to find out she was unable to comprehend. She did not know the word TANNING, much less how to turn one of them on for me. She couldn’t even so much as ring me up for a bottle of water, instead motioned for me to write my phone number down on a pad of paper (presumably for them to charge me later). ridiculous

From the get-go at enrollment, I was so blown away on all you have to offer to get our bodies fit & trim. I will strongly recommend Planet Fitness to anyone. I was referred & didn't imagine how advanced you are for everyone's physical needs.

I closed my account because of the front desk don’t understand the costumer and they don’t deal with service that you need. The gym don’t have everything you need and too crowded. Every person stays for ever on one machine. Save your money for a better gym then this.

If you don’t want your bank account charged anymore you’re better off COMPLETELY CANCELING. They tell you that your account won’t be charged but it will trust me. Happened two times already. Will definitely be cancelling on Monday.
