I like the place, but only like one swim class instructor. Like the private showers and dressing rooms. Staff is very friendly.

If you have a family over 4 they have fantastic deals for you. Its still a good price for individuals. Its like an all inclusive club...seriously. love it.

I have to change my review from 5 stars down to 1 star due to the "night manager". There was three triplets running around unsupervised they looked 8 years old. One of them picked up a rubber ball and through it at the back of my four year olds head. My four year old was about two feet away standing in the hall way with his back to the kid. I told the kid that was not nice and he started talking back.I just walked away told the front desk and figured they would handle it.The night manager (Jerry?). Was dismissive, rude and condacending.

So, I'm in my late stages of my invisalign treatment, (only 5 days left, to be exact) and I went swimming with my boyfriend to enjoy the hot summer day. We got out of the pool and hit up the snack bar, (10/10 would recommend the food) and we were relaxing by the poolside. I forgot to bring the case for my invisalign to the pool with me, so I wrapped them in a napkin and ate my burger and drank my frozen lemonade. Then, in a moment of outright idiocy, I threw away my retainers without realizing it. We had left the gym, and gone home, and only then I realized my mistake. We called the club, and they were very understanding. We drove out there as fast as we could, and the manager was so kind and helped my boyfriend and I dig through the trash to find them. He was super excited when we found them, and I don't think I've had a better customer service experience than a manager (who was on lunch break) go digging through the trash with us to find my retainers. Love this place even more now, I would highly recommend this gym to anyone and everyone, their customer service is outstanding and everyone is so down to earth and kind. Thank you LSAC!

A lot of different options are available here. The locker/shower rooms are a little small and not easy to navigate if you have a few kids with you. The observation area for swim lessons gets pretty hot, so come prepared to sweat.

Older equipment but gets the job done, pool is nice (27 yards) not that busy usually especially during lane swim. Bathrooms are kept clean. Hot tub and sauna room.

We take our kids here for swimming lessons. The prices here are very reasonable. Kids get two lessons a week which most places only give one. The pool is salt water which is definitely better than chlorine. If you live in the area and don't use this club, then you are missing out.

Tiffany runs a great cardio/strength class! I come out of the class happily tired and eager for the next class.Overall, this club is welcoming to the older adults looking to stay active. Definitely worth the dues if you have to pay, but many insurances pay after age 65. Lots of exercise classes as well as the weight room, indoor track and swimming pools (indoor and outdoor).

Called to close my account because we moved 30 minutes away. They told me I MUST come sign a form in person. I asked them to mail it to me, their response was "if you don't come in to sign within 120 days we'll send you to collections". Now THAT is customer service.
