The website said 24 hours and I'm from out of town so I went over at 7am and find out they are closed unless you have a membership. They wasted my time and gas to get there. Heading to another gym.

I love working out at BSF. That place is always nice and clean and with loud music just like a real gym should be. BSF is a different vibe.

I love this Gym. It’s home and the staff and members are all caring and are in general there spotting each other. Everyone is driven to help and help each other reach their goals.

BSF Fitness is the most hardcore gym in all of Ventura county. In a time when satan and his demons have taken high ranks in our government, and are now destroying small businesses in order to achieve their communist-socialist agenda, BSF fitness has stood strong with God, country, and freedom! Very Clean gym. Lots of equipment to choose from. Super cool gym for a younger crowd. My only con is that I left with a migraine every time I went because the music was so loud.😵💫 I had to wear ear plugs. The plus about that is that no one can talk to each other and disrupt workouts 😝 …
