Best gym ever! The staff and other clients in the gym are like family, everyone knows each other! The owners have become great friends, they have helped me every step on my journey, they are the best trainers I've ever had! ❤

Definitely home. People come in with goals in mind every time. It's clean, sanitizing supplies everywhere (always filled), and we'll maintained. You know the owners have pride in their business with the atmosphere that's provided. Want a gym to get business done at? Bsf is the gym for you.

Do you want a gym where you go to workout and everybody and I mean everybody is on that same level and mindset? This is the place ! Clean, great vibe , and a passion for fitness runs through this place . They are a small business that truly cares about it's community and it's members. Josh is a stand up guy and when he sees you, he takes time out of his day or workout to come greet and ask how you're doing. Doesn't matter your fitness level they have everything you need. BSF Fitness is Top Notch! The owners Josh and Lindsey are two of the most hard working and caring people on the planet. The facility is stellar and the staff is as well. If you are not in the area, or for other reasons are unable to attend the gym, they also have a great online program for you. The owners go above and beyond for their members, in making not just your physical wellness a priority, but your mental as well. They have terrific all around programs to help you at whatever stage you are in. I highly recommend.

I can’t thank BSF and their staff enough for their stance during these times. I found them through a friend of mine, and it has quickly became my favorite gym. The staff is extremely professional and usually greet you by your fist name when you enter. Josh, Lindsey, and they rest of the staff there are top notch.

Been coming here for about 7 months now and truly grateful for their consistently friendly and genuine staff. Here about 6 days a week and cannot think of a single negative interaction with anyone at the gym (including members). Every once in a while you come across a business that feels like a home and this is it. Thank you Tracy, J, Paul and Josh for your positive attitudes, dialed staff, SPOTLESS gym and culture of empowerment through serving others. In times like this it is also important to note that the cleaning processes at this gym is rigorous. There is a full time janitor whom cleans the floors with bleach who knows how many times a day, scrubs equipment, mirrors are spotless, bathrooms are clean and sanitized with bleach multiple times a day, no dirt or residue anywhere and they high dust which is unusual but good for people like me with the worst allergies. Multiple hand sanitizing stations all around the gym, sanitizing surface wipes in every section. I have noticed too that nearly every gym member keeps their physical distance 6ft or more and wipes the equipment down with a sanitizing wipe after they are done with their set. Truly unique breed of folks here. Thank you, BSF team! Note, I was a member at 24 Hour Fitness for 21 years prior to joining this gym.

Great people, fun environment! Facility has everything you need with future expansion planned.
