When I joined, enrollment fee $0 as promotion but after 3 months later, they charged me as annual fees. So don’t get trick for their promotions. They are not supposed to charge me that annual fee until one year but they tricked you. In Victorville club, machines are broken all the time but they don’t fix as timely manner. Swimming pool is freezing cold. Jacuzzi is not working. Shower rooms have a lot of broken stuff.

I go here regularly. Everything is great but the showers smell like an open sewer. I feel like they could definitely afford to hire more maintenance people and buy the proper tools like a power washer to keep the bathrooms clean, but for some reason they don't which is a shame because this is a really nice gym with all the amenities one could ask for. If this gets through to management, please do something about this and don't ignore the problem. 🙏 thank you for coming to my TED talk

What I like most about In-Shape is the many different classes and all the wonderful instructors. Jocelyn especially goes above and beyond to make all members reach their goals. Jocelyn is very knowledgeable and shares her expertise with everyone and is always available to answer any questions you may have. My only complaint is how dirty they have allowed the floors and mirrors from the classroom Group X to become. The filth and unsanitary conditions are very visible and show neglect. I'm hopeful that these conditions will be remedied soon.

I've been attending in-shape for the past 3 years. I love the fact that they have a variety of classes and hundreds of machines so you never get bored.

Very rude personal at the desk and zero loyalty to a clients.Dirty locker rooms, need to clean more often, toilet flush not working, there is no antiseptic in the women's locker room, not all showers work. Some exercise machines need maintenance.

Shame on the club, they stole my car keys from my locker. then they opened the car and hid the money. no one from the club contributed to the search for the thief, no one apologized or showed sympathy. just terrible staff and attitude sucks
