My review would be 5 stars because my son loves the kids club. They remodeled recently and have plenty of excellent equipment, the basketball court is gone and there’s a bunch of new equipment in that area too. The indoor track has always been a favorite because of the bipolar weather in the high desert. And for the most part it’s a pretty clean facility. But unfortunately there is no one on site willing to enforce any rules. Bring your loudest personal speaker so you and your friends can blast whatever expletive filled hip hop you feel like. F anyone else who doesn’t want to hear the N word on a loop. Bring your biggest gym bag (it seriously looks like some of you are packed for a week long cruise) and just leave it anywhere on the floor. If someone trips and gets hurt I hope they have good insurancesAnd wA .They also love to leave their bags on equipment their not using so I guess they don’t have to wait if someone else wants to use that equipment. This could be the best gym in the HD if management enforces the rules, no bags on the floor, no external speakers and no filming in the gym (no one wants to be on your horrible instagram workout video with 6 followers). Let the peacocks go elsewhere and enforce the rules!!!

Love the indoor track, I get board using a treadmill so the track is a welcome part of my workout.

Love the gym! However I was not to happy with the kids center staff. I left my son there and watched him panic because I wasn’t there and they completely ignored him, walked around him and didn’t even ask why he was crying. He could’ve hurt him self and they clearly didn’t care. I watched the same 2 staff members with the same 2 children for over 30 mins who came in crying. They made sure they were ok! But never checked on my son. I felt angry that it was ok for staff to only pay attention to the same 2 children and not attend to all the children there. I feel they’re not trained enough to make sure all the kids are attended to. I mentioned it to a general manager and that was a joke he real gave me the impression he didn’t care either.

The instructors are well trained, and always updating their skills. The gym is clean and the pool is awesome.

It was cool before 2020 and than they got rid of the basketball courts for some odd reason even after the pandemic. Only reason i got a membership since there’s little to no gyms with basketball courts in the high desert.

My family and I absolutely love this gym. We have so many more options that are closer but will drive a longer distance to get all the amenities that InShape has to offer. The longer drive is more than worth it to be a member of InShape. The biggest plus for us is that they have a KidsZone with an amazing play are for all ages. Not having someone to watch our babies is no longer an excuse to not go to the gym.
