Clean and comfortable. Questions? Plenty of staff to help, including a wide variety of classes and the good to excellent instructiers. And, they have a large number of high quality workout, free weightscardio, 3 or 4 racketball and a full sized basketball court, half sized Olympic size pool, jacuzzis, steam and sauna rooms, a 1/6th of a mile running tract, and much more.Check out In-Shape, Victorville.

Been a member since February. The steam room is constantly down, so frustrating. It was down for for 3 weeks, and now it’s down again. They say it’s a sensor. Im sus it’s a financially convenience at this point.

When I told them I only get paid on the 3rd and I cannot have the gym membership taken out on the 2nd. They said we'll if there's no funds it will bounce and you will receive a late fee of 7 dollars. That's really unacceptable. I can't change when I get paid. So they lost a customer.

Bro I like this gym but everytime I do leg which is 2 times a week and the seated leg curl is always messed up everytime I put some heavy wait and push the top thing down on my leg for support it always snaps and I can’t even compete 1 rep… i can give more detail it’s the object you put in the hole to hold the machine in place it’s to short and snaps off with heavy weight it needs to be longer. Look I’m not what of a complainer but I think it’s about time it gets fixed.

Went in on 08/14/22 at 11:20 a.m. started to work out but when I looked for the sanitary wipes to wipe down equipment after each work out.There was none. Told one of of the employees. He said he would take care of it. Left at 12:15. Nothing was done about it.

Wasn't really going since I have a crossfit I attend but I started coming again in addition to my other work out and I would still give a 5 stars!!!The person at the front desk had the energy that made me feel so welcomed! I had to get his name after my cardio session. His name is Ricky and position is M.E.A bit he had the best attitude at 6am in the morning and even while doing my cardio he walked the floor and was so polite and made members feel comfortable!!! Keep up the great work Ricky! Glad I'm coming more often for cardio sessions 🙌

I’m so disappointed the steam room has been broken for 4 months and jacuzzi’s are all down. Too much money and they don’t care to fix things, but the payments there on them. I wish they were more gyms with steam rooms in the area.

Love it here. Affordable membership fees and you can deadlift without worrying about being quiet.Update: the facilities are nice but they'll keep taking your money if you try to cancel your membership. Canceled in June got charged July and again in August... now they tell me I can only cancel in person.
