We love this gym. The children's area is great!! The staff are friendly and very helpful. There is a great selection of workout equipment. Although it tends to get a little crowded at times, there is still plenty of equipment to go around.

Love my gym. Love my Trainer. I'm excited to come in everyday. The price is affordable and there's so much available. Even on the busiest days it's such a large space that you never feel like it's too crowded. Dom P. Great Customer Service from Cameron!!! I went to Planet Fitness and they were very unprofessional rude, stuck up. They said my son could not join. He is 16 years old. Cameron informed me that even though I was not signing up for myself I could sign up my son. Very Exited for my son!! He answer all my question, was straight to the point, Explained terms and conditions and cancellation fees and how much total I would have to pay If I decided to join which is 40 dollars monthly. Yes, there is one time enrollment fee of 79.00. I much rather invest in my son heath than two games for the XBOX and have him sit all day. He was not stuck up, rude, he was polite, respectful and very professional. Explained that my son can get free consultation with a professional trainer for free for a couple of minutes. The process was fast, great experience for my son and I. Thank you Cameron for your great customer service.

Signed up for this gym as soon as the doors opened for business , I will say that I've always had very friendly service. I love the track , and the pool and all the options that are available. I will always come to this gym . No matter how many gym's are near me it's worth the 18 mile drive for me.

Best gym for the price. I love the pool and it is never too crowded. You can't beat the spa and saunas after a long run around the upstairs track. The tvs and equipment are newer and well maintained. The people here are polite.

I've never been to a gym where everyone treats you with patience and guidance. The equipment is never ending, the classes are all great and the variety of which work out to do for the day is endless. The staff especially Cameron who helped me sign up has all been very helpful and considerate. If you are looking for a gym that fits any need this is the gym for you!

The gym itself is pretty great, but the staff leaves something to be desired. When you sign up, everyone is really helpful and will answer any questions you have, but after you're already paying its impossible to get any straight answer about the facility. We asked if we could wear out gym clothes into the sauna and the front desk said it was fine as long as it was gym appropriate, but then a week later we were kicked out because we had to wear 'swim' attire. The locker room bathrooms were generally dirty and the floors were always soaked because they are connected to the showers. When we signed up, we are told that there were no cancelation fees, but when my husband went to cancel his membership (for money purposes) it was around $40 to cancel. And then later on when I went to cancel for the same reason, I was then told that we could've simply put the account on hold until we could pay again without any fees! The staff needs to know all of these policies while working there, it's ridiculous that you can get different answers depending on who you ask.The front desk can be stuck up, all they do is talk to each other while you're signing in. I finally canceled towel service because I could never get their attention to ask for one.The free weight section was also pretty sub par, it was too small to really get anything done and with all the men always crowded around the mirror it was impossible to really get anything done. And man would they get pissed if you stepped in front of the to get weight! Unfortunately, this gym promised a lot signing up, but staff really didn't live up to expectations. (I also only got a 3 day trial period which really isn't a long enough time to fully check out a gym this large.I've been a member for nearly a year and canceled my membership today to look into other gyms. World's gym next door looks pretty promising now that management has changed.

From the time you enter the facility until you leave the staff is always in good spirits. All my questions have been answered and the variety of equipment is awesome. It's obvious that this gym is a success seeing how busy they are. What ever your level of fitness is there will be something for you here!

What isn't there to like about this gym?? Been going here since October of 2014. The staff are all helpful and nice. Trainers will help you with an exercise or weight question. Even upper management talks to you. The housekeeping staff keep the gym exceptionally clean, tho some of the patrons don't!!
