I love the pink room allowing women to work out with only women. I love the medicine ball workout area. The track provides an excellent cardio area. I often utilize the water classes or just chill in the jacuzzi. The cherry on top is the locker rooms allowing me to work out hard and shower and dress to go straight to work.

The best gym I have ever been too. It has everything you could ever want in a gym and more. The staff is great, its always clean, and very family friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to workout.

I really enjoy working out at this gym, but donot feel safe as a non binary person using their gendered locker rooms. They have a seldom used Womens bathroom that could easily be converted into a gender neutral changing room/bathroom.Update. No change in their policy. I’mSo happy John the manager ordered the new sign and it is installed. Amazing customer service

This is absolutely hands down the best gym on the planet. Staff is cool. Plenty of machines and equipment. Clean. So much to do. Open all the time. Fun atmosphere. T.V.'s. Reasonably priced. Really has everything to reach weight loss and fitness goals. Two thumbs way up!!

I absolutely LOVE the aqua zumba class with Michelle. She is beautiful and so amazing! She's SUCH a blessing to me and so many others. I'm not the only one who loves her. I can tell by all of the smiles that everyone else loves her too. I hope she gets paid extra for entertaining 🤑 She has SUCH a wonderful personality. Always making the class laugh. I also love that she does the full workout with us outside of the water, which is so much more challenging. She's a beast and makes In-Shape look really good💪 She's SUCH an asset to the company. Very helpful and friendly. Trainers make you feel comfortable. They explained equipment usage without making me feel intimidated as I'm NOT familiar with much of the equipment. Love this Gym, it's like a mini spa

I've been at this gym for about 6 years now. I put my membership on hold because I deployed. I tried to use a day pass but was told that I can't use it because I already have an account and It would unfreeze the hold. The 2 people that were at the check in desk didn't seem to care at all. Taking my business where they support our troops because obviously this gym doesn't.

Did the Aqua Zumba class today. The instructor was so much fun. 💜 During the class, it felt pretty easy to keep up. Well, at least reasonably doable. 😂🤣Apparently pushing around the water with all my weight, is much more challenging than I anticipated! 💦😰Its been 3 hours since class ended.... I take back what I said about easy! 😂🤣It no longer feels easy! 🦵💪😟😮‍💨😂Side Note: Not sure if the giant spa is supposed to be heated or not, but it wasn't very warm 🤔 😜 🥶

I’ve been a member here for awhile, and I honestly love this gym, and I love the kiddie gym. I just feel like it’s a pretty pricey gym to always have something broken. My favorite amenity, the steam room is ALWAYS broken. I settle for the sauna but it’s always crowded, which is ok, but now that’s also broken. Can you believe the whole door is broken? I look forward to the amenities after a good workout and there is literally always a malfunction. Other than that, this gym is amazing. I do believe if they’re going to charge so much and even take a $98 annual fee, they could at least have working equipment and have the spa working and not out for nearly 3 weeks.

I really enjoy working out at Inshape due to the gym cleanliness, the excellent customer service of the front desk staff. The convenience of the online reservation process (inshape app) & definitely the quality of instructors (Francine/Zumba & Irene/Cycle).
