Very nice gym with very nice equipment and staff. The other gyms wouldn’t allow me to workout since I am under 18 however this gym did. Highly recommend this gym to anyone in the area or interested in working out! Best gym around!

Not overcrowded at all, very nice, clean, and organized equipment. 100% would recommend over any other gym nearby especially if you’re only in town for a short time

Wow wow I LOVE this place! The owner Eric is super nice and the gym is practically brand new and not crowded like most places - a gem for weightlifting! My family was at VA Beach on vacation and I was looking for a place for my cousin to lift weights for the day - The Gym was very very accommodating for day visitors and my cuz came back saying it was the absolute best and he soo wishes he lived closer so he could get a membership. Definitely definitely check this place out!! You don't regret it!

Awaken Inside is awesome. It’s clean, organized and spacious. Eric and Caitlin (owners) are very friendly, helpful. Caitlin is also an amazing chiropractor! I was in so much pain when I arrived. Caitlin is giving me some very strong adjustments and exercises that are helping my lower back that I injured last year around this time June. I feel amazing and am able to give it my all during my lifting now! I’m getting stronger each day! I love how’s there’s an app to help you log and manage food, exercises and weight. It also allows you to communicate with your coach. My experience here has truly been a blessing.

Seriously the best kept gym secret in VB! The gym is so nice & clean. The other customers are all so friendly & Eric is super helpful! Truly a gym family and not just faces passing by. The 24 hours is great as well! My schedule can get hectic sometimes so being able to come whenever is a huge plus in my book. Sign up! You won’t regret it (:

Not the best experience when walking into a gym. I wasn't acknowledged because the owner was behind the front desk streaming a 'LIVE' video. This gym offers a "free" 6-week transformation program, only you have to pay for their app. I was curious about this program and it's basically just following a program on the app, which you can do for free on plenty of other apps out there. Their monthly membership for the gym wasn't appealing either (over $100 a month?!). Not sure what is all included with that but overall, I would never recommend this gym to anyone.
