I am so thankful to be in a gym that has such high standard of cleanliness and a true commitment to the long term health of the members. Everyone is respectful and it’s a true community. No gymtimidation, no gym drama, no negativity. Just like minded individuals that are here to better themselves and the people around them.

Gym is well designed, has everything you need. A family style vibe that is extremely welcoming and comfortable. Welcome package was awesome and their is plenty of diversity in equipment as well as people. The perfect gem!.

I must say that Awakened Inside the Gym is definitely a first-class experience .Hospitality, cleanliness, standards, and service are all top of the line. I highly recommend this gym.

As a new member to The Gym, I was blown away by the quality of the equipment (Arsenal Strength) and the atmosphere of the gym. The owner Eric, truly cares about the success of his members and community! Not to mention there is a on-site chiropractor (Dr. Catlin Sembach), the staff and members were all incredibly welcoming and helpful, and I felt supported in my fitness journey from day one.Awaken Inside has a nutrition and snack bar, if you are familiar with 1st Phorm Supplements, almost anything you can get from them you can get right there on the spot. This has been so helpful to me as a noob to the supplements aspect of fitness. And Eric has helped to answer any questions I have about them with passion and understanding!Awaken Inside, The Gym truly embodies the idea that everyone can succeed together, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to take their fitness to the next level. This will absolutely become your new home, and family it has for me and many others!LET'S GOOOOOO!

So I met Eric at an overcome and survive workshop last weekend and had an immediate connection with his core values. The guy is a real patriot with a wealth of fitness and nutrition knowledge. He mentioned he owned a Gym in VA beach. Being a member at Onelife and planet fitness already I was hesitant on joining a third. I walked in the door Monday and was blown away by the burst of America, how clean the gym was, and the quality of the equipment. I advised him I work a 70 hour work week and he showed me the 24 hour access and the simplicity of using the very secure access system. Well I signed up and he welcomed me to the family. If you’re looking for a great gym with an owner that pours his heart and soul into his customers and community this is it. Needless to say I called and dropped my other memberships this morning. I truly feel Awaken Inside!!! Thanks Brother!!!

Amazing gym owner was very sweet amazing equipment definitely recommen this gym

My wife and I were celebrating her birthday and anniversary a couple weeks ago. Found this gym and dropped in. If I lived in Virginia Beach it’d for sure be my gym. The owner was friendly and knowledgeable. All equipment was new and very clean. Was not crowded. Highly recommend.

I was able to make it over to AI today and man, let me tell you! From top to bottom, the gym is immaculate. All of the machines are well positioned to allow for ample space. EVERY single weight was where it was supposed to be. No Barbells out of place anywhere. There is a real sense of community there - I was able to converse with the owner Eric for a while. I noticed how he greeted each member as they came in and walked out. AI is a true gem, no pun intended!

This gym is awesome and immaculately clean. It’s not overwhelming like some of the bigger gyms can be, but they still have everything you need to get a great workout in. The owner Eric even took the time to give me tips on how to correct a strength imbalance I have between my right and left arm. If you are looking for a locally owned gym with a family feel, look no further. And they are 24/7! 1000% recommend.

This place is our neighbor, and one of the best neighbors yet. The personalism you get as soon as you walk in is well above the rest. Tje owner Eric, is friendly and when hes talking with you, you have his full attention. The equipment is perfect for my day to day training, and having the inbody for use and on top of that dr cait! she has helped me so much rehabbing my lower back and shoulder issues. Oh and we cant for get about Oliver the cutest gym dog ever
