Eric and Awaken Inside are both outstanding. Super clean gym, everything was neat and organized. Owner was very personable and helpful. The gym mascot, Oliver, was definitely the best part though!

I had the chance to visit this gym two weeks ago, and it did not disappoint. It is hands down the best gym I’ve been to! The vibe/atmosphere is top-notch. It’s a very positive environment with great members. It is also the cleanest gym I’ve been to. Highly recommend!

The gym is kept immaculate and has a great community and culture of self improvement and accountability. The owner Eric is very knowledgeable and will help get you on a plan to meet your goals, whatever they are. Highly recommend to anyone!

I’ve been working with Eric(Owner of the gym) for a few months now, and I couldn’t be happier. He has the knowledge and facility to get anyone in shape. What I really like and needed the most, were the tools for sustainability. He gives you access to an app that instructs you on what workouts you should be doing for the day, and it shows you a video on how to do each workout. I appreciate that because now I go into the gym and don’t have to guess what workouts to do. Now, I’m not doing the same old workouts I’ve always done. The app also allows you to keep track of your nutrition and what you eat, so you can stay in the proper range when you eat. It’s a private gym with private access. Very clean as well. Plenty of parking. I finally found my home gym

We were visiting VA from California, and the owner Eric was super inviting and encouraging. It is a great environment, and not super crowded. Not to mention, it’s a 24 hour gym, so you can get your work in whenever you need to. Eric also includes personal training for his members. In conclusion, go here, and meet your goals.

Cannot recommend this gym enough! Very clean, very welcoming and great owners. Coach Eric has been working with me for about 10 weeks now with my personal gym goals and I have never felt more dialed in with my macros and gym workouts because of him!
