Excellent trainer. I was looking for a personal trainer so I googled one and he popped right up. He’s definitely not a fly by night trainer. He’s been in the game for years and very knowledgeable. This was extremely important to me because if I’m going to spend money I want someone with proven results and that has years of experience. I’m not playing games over here💁🏾‍♀️🤣. No tummy tucks or BBLs for me 🤣. It’s the effort, hard work and consistency for me.

Now for those of you who are; looking for a personal trainer, curious about personal training, ready to make some changes in your life, not sure if a personal trainer is what you need, or just ready to take your physical fitness to the next level and you have come across Body Matrixx by Jewrell....I've already told you. The answer is YES! Yes, you need to call him right now to make some great things happen in your life!I met Jewrell over the summer; for my birthday, my wonderful wife hired Jewrell to help get us into shape before we went to the Caribbean Islands. 3 days a week, 1 hour per session, is all it took for Jewrell to architect the exercise plan that caused me to lose 25 lbs in 3 weeks. He motivates, He pushes you to dig just a bit deeper each time to uncover the you that you want to be. I know each person will have different results because our bodies are different, but the most important thing won't be different, and that's Jewrell. He is that guy! Professional, Motivational, Inspirational, Knowledgeable, and Engaging. So I will end by saying it once more...the answer is YES! Call Body Matrixx by Jewrell today!

Jewrell is THE best Trainer and Health Coach I've ever had!! Hands down best Personal Trainer in VA!! He trained me and my husband together. It was an anniversary gift to prepare for vacation in just 4 weeks. His workout were tailed to our goals and the results were amazing! We looked good! More importantly, we felt good! His workouts were intense, but Jewrell's sense of humor and expertise in training will keep you moving even when you or your body feels like giving up. His intelligence and knowledge of training is impressive and allowed him to work around my husband's knee injury. We loved training with Jewrell so much, we are doing it again starting next week!
