I've been training at Body Matrixx for 8yrs. What I've learned at Body Matrixx will last me a lifetime. I workout 3 days a week in the gym and 2 days at home. Whether I'm stretching,lifting weights,boxing or running I've learned enough to make sure I work out everyday. My blood pressure is normal, no more back problems and at 60yrs old, I feel better than I did at 40. When I first got to the gym, I told Jewrell my problem areas and he worked out a program to fit my needs. As long as there is a Body Matrixx I will be working out there, thanks Jewrell

I love training with Jewell he's been very motivational. I've been with him now since 2009 and have grown in strength and knowledge with fitness and overall health. His classes are small and gives a 1 on 1 feel not over crowded like the larger gyms. Awesome place to train!

Awesome trainer, full body workouts, been with him for 1 month, 3x week, no diet change, and have lost 5lbs!!!! I’m now confident that I can reach my desired goals with the proper diet and exercise.
