Amazing trainer, and very patient with one on one attention. Clean equipment and workout environment, especially given the COVID requirements. Works with limitations and motivates to continue progress. Would highly recommend for beginners, as well as those seasoned gym goers who may need a little extra motivation to get started again!!

I neglected my fitness throughout the COVID quarantine. I started to feel tired and achy when I woke up. I needed to do something, so for the last two months I've been training at Body Matrixx, with Jewrell. It's been a great experience. Initially, I struggled with exercising 60 seconds straight. Since I've started, I've lost inches everywhere and the scale has gone down nicely. It sounds cliche, but I feel so much better inside and out. I'm doing a race next month and I feel nervous, but so excited! I'm a military wife, have five kids, I'm in school and my life is CRAZY! I had to make time for my health and Body Matrixx has been a great start!

I have experienced many gyms and training equipment. However, I’m totally amazed at how Jewrell uses the equipment to maximize the desired results. Those results are gained through correct form, range of motion, and correct weight within various interval segments. I absolutely love the exercises, and I’m up for the challenges that Jewrell brings to my particular personal training! A jewel of a trainer!

Jewrell is an awesome & great trainer he keeps you motivated to do better. He has a very clean establishment he sanitize his equipment before and after use. I saw my results after completing my first session with Jewrell. I highly recommend going to Jewrell if you’re serious about losing weight, & achieving your goals.

His energy and the workout was great I would highly recommend him to anyone! He’s not boring or repetitive. He definitely motivates you.
