I've been utilizing Body Matrixx for two months and have noticed a significant difference. Jewrell is an excellent trainer, not only because he is assisting me in achieving my physical transformation goals, but also because he is a teacher by trade. Jewrell is awesome!!!! He's teaching me how to become stronger and healthier. When I feel like I can't do the rest of my reps/workout. He motivates me to keep going. He always tells me, "You got this." I can honestly say if I didn't start training with him, I would still be saying I'm going to workout tomorrow and never do it. I look forward to our sessions because I know the harder I work, the better my results will be. He's a great trainer, and I really appreciate him for helping me to become a better me.
