I love it here! Super friendly staff, great equipment, clean environment, and great hours! Towels are provided. I love the layout and how spacious this gym is! Sauna is great. Showers and lockers are plentiful.

Although I have a planet fitness black card membership, I choose to used Onelife gym because the equipment is nicer and I could get a week pass or daily pass for a small fee. The people like Kyla, Dylan, and the owners/managers always greeted everyone with such pleasantries. I am not sure of the one woman owner/managers name, but she was so enthusiastically happy towards everyone. I did not even know she was an owner at fist, I just thought she was a member. Their greetings started my day off in such a positive way. You must experience this gym. I know when I come back to the area for work that I have a gym!!

I love Onelife, but this location honestly disappoints me. They have a lot of old equipment, the plates are old and aren’t Onelife branded. They don’t have enough turf areas for sled pushes, etc. The equipment is oddly placed and not grouped very well. The layout doesn’t make sense. Other than that, it’s an okay gym. I would just like to see them completely revamp and reorganize the gym. It needs some major updates done.

Use the gym everyday, by far the cleanest gym and most equipped gym i have ever been to. This washes every other gym i have ever been to out of the park. Friendly staff, so much equipment. Its a good time i recommend.

The gym itself was great, but the customer service of One Life as a whole has been extremely disappointing. I have been attempting to freeze my account due to financial struggles since January and have requested it be done multiple times and it has not. As soon as my contract is up I will never sign up with One Life again.

The front desk staff was very friendly but when you contact member services via email it’s a different story. Canceling your membership is huge problem. If you don’t want to be charged for an additional month make sure you cancel the month before you want it terminated not 30 days before the date. Apparently it has to be the month prior not 30 days. The front desk rep at the gym failed to tell me that information.When you email member services they won’t care to read your email but instead be selective on what they want to respond to. Member services email responses come off rude and they won’t work with you even during COVID.The facility itself is good but the equipment needs to be better maintained. Weights are worn down and breaking apart. There’s always a layer of dust on the equipment. It doesn’t look like they have a night cleaning crew.Update: I posted photos of the unhelpful email conversation I was told to contact. They responded to my review with a email attached just to tell me they won’t help me again. Why prolong the the situation if you aren’t willing to help or trust your customers. Apparently, It’s their word against theirs.I put a stop charge on my bank account so I wouldn’t be charged an additional month.Terrible customer service.

The staff is always so friendly and willing to help in any way they can if you have questions or need something. The equipment is in great shape and they take many measures to make sure it's a clean environment for patrons. I love the wide variety and amount of each type of equipment as well!

I have to say this is by far the best gym I have ever been to, the staff is extremely nice, I got the honor to meet the general manager Marc who by the way is a retired navy seal (thank you for your service sir). Darren was extremely helpful and gave us a good tour, you won’t regret signing up. Best bang for your money without a doubt!

Great staff at this gym. After trying out different gyms, One Life is the absolute best one. They have a lot more equipment and professionalism than I’ve ever seen. Darren was a big help in getting my husband & I started. Thank you!
