Onelife Fitness - Princess Anne

I have been going to Onelife Fitness at princess Anne for 20 years. The staff and trainers are always so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The gym offers state of the art equipment and machines, which are kept clean and upgraded often. The locker rooms are nice and clean. Overall this gym is highly maintained and kept up with. They offer all types of classes with incredible trainers. The management & staff provide impeccable customer service. I greatly recommend this Onelife Fitness location to anyone looking for a new gym or to enhance their workout regimen.

I started going to this gym about 10 years ago when it was Gold's gym. When the the gym was renovated, it really enhanced the workout experience. The staff is very friendly and you always get greeted with a smile. The gym is very clean and the equipment is well maintained. This gym has everything you need no matter what your fitness level is.

I've been going to this gym for quite some time. It's been a life changer for me and my health. The pros completely out weigh the cons. Equipment is clean, up to date, and they stay on top off repairs. The facility is also clean and well maintained. The staff and trainers are absolutely professional and are always willing to help. This gym is proactively moving forward to make this gym a better place for everyone. You can't please everyone all the time. It does get crowded at times, however, get a plan, get a routine, and get to work. Enjoy the positive vibe. Life is what you make it, take advantage of this fitness center for a positive start.

Onelife Princess Anne is an amazing gym with a knowledgeable and helpful staff. I do use the other Onelife gyms but the Princess Anne location just makes me feel at home. The equipment is well taken care of and up to date. The trainers are great and they have in my opinion (and I'm sure many others will agree) the best Personal Trainer in the Hampton Roads area Mr. Brian Cavanaugh along with Cavanaugh Fitness. They also offer many different free classes to help you reach your fitness goals no matter what they are. All in all this is a great gym and I'm extremely happy i joined 6+ years ago.

It's been a great experience the employees are wonderful. The people are nice. The equipment is excellent. I always have a good workout when I come to one life. I wouldn't recommend any other gym. Had such a wonderful experience Mickey one of the employees at the princess Anne site. Always polite every time I asked him a question he greeted me with such pleasure. Very pleased with the staff. Grade A service.

I've been going to this gym for over a month and I love it!! When I first entered, the front desk associates were extremely helpful. The kids daycare is well kept and very organized. All the equipment was functioning properly. The entire gym was nice and clean and its numerous different workout equipments available. My top four people that made my journey so far the best was Rich, Jason, Antwain and Alfonso. If you decide to visit make sure they are your top choices. They care about my health by Giving me assistance with different exercises, meal ideas etc. they are always there to accommodate my needs. I'm so glad I made that extra step in bettering myself and plus I have people that helps me along the way.

Been a member of this gym for years! I love it!Clean environment and awesome staff! My personal favorite is Megan she's been super helpful since day 1!Equipments are awesome but some equipments needs to be replaced.Busy hours 4-7 pm on weekdays! (It's crazy busy!! So try to come early or late if you wanna get a good pump in!)

This is my favorite/regular Onelife location. I've been a proud member since this location opened about 14 years ago as Golds. I've brought all my family and friends through all of which loved it and joined as well. the location is perfect, the gym is well laid out, the equipment is up to date, and maintained as well as I would expect considering the VOLUME of dedicated people training day in and day out! the staff are professional, kind and go out of there way to make your experience the best. I've seen so many people completely change there lives getting involved with this gym... Success stories come from here !! I'm honestly saddened I have to PCS this year.. I will miss my gym. thank you Onelife for all you have brought to this community.

I have been a member at One life fitness for 7 years, and they have everything. Great trainers, great classes, and I have found very nice friends there as well. I have lost a total of 70 in that gym. With the motivation of the trainers, instructors, and friends I was able to achieve my goal. I just love the classes no other gym offers as many classes as this gym. I am a lifetime member
