Onelife Fitness - Princess Anne

I been pleasantly surprised about how CLEAN and SAFE I feel while working out at Onelife Princess Anne!! All of the staff is friendly and professional. When they first reopened they made sure the facility was equipped with our safety in mind. There are tons of cleaning stations, air purifiers were installed, and the staff follows up by frequently disinfecting around the gym plus a daily deep clean. Stephen and Paige Johnson are fantastic trainers that run Fit360 at this gym location. Not only is it a great workout they make sure even their group classes wipe down the equipment between each and every use. I am very happy with my membership at Onelife Princess Anne and wanted my share my experience for anyone looking for a safe and clean place to workout.

Onelife princess Anne is one of the best gyms I’ve been to. From the equipment always being upgraded, to the classes and amenities. The staff is always friendly and willing to help you out if needed. Personally I chose a trainer that I watched for a few years before I would attempt hiring for sessions. Brian Cavanaugh is exceptional, I didn’t know that with the training I could gain more than a body I was proud of! He personally is a great human who can understand the struggles we all place upon ourselves and help us understand how to push past those and be better.

I have been going to this gym for 2 years now and it is by far the cleanest gym I have ever been to. During this unknown time, they have done amazing at cleaning as much and as thorough as possible. From the filter system the gym has to the personal training employees that constantly wipe everything down they have done an amazing job. I go to FIT360 4 times a week and I have never seen two people like Paige and Stephen be as vigilant with cleaning and keeping everyone safe. Highly recommend this gym!

One Life Princess Anne has been a life saver for me. I have lost 35 lbs and still loosing! Steven and Paige Johnson are the best trainers and the fit360 class is awesome!! Everything is so clean and the trainers attention to detail and cleanliness is superb!!!! No need to worry about COVID at this gym with the regular cleanings, Social distancing, air purifiers and other amenities which makes this gym one of the safest and friendliest atmospheres I have been to! If your looking for a positive, clean, and friendly gym and trainers this is your place!!!

I have been going to this gym since I moved here a year ago and I absolutely love it. There is a huge variety of equipment and everything is very clean and well maintained. They have very affordable childcare and membership prices. All of the classes are amazing and so are the instructors, personal trainers, and all of the other staff members. Tyler and Rhonda have especially made my experience at this gym a great one!!

Whew. Thanks to "Hurricane" Florence, I came to visit this one. My home location (Red Mill) wasn't open so I traveled an extra 10 minutes to get my cardio in!Currently, the outside is under construction so you won't really see the outdoor signage but just know they're there.Walked in and was greeted by the staff. I also saw that staff was cleaning around. Just like any OneLife location, this one is also centered around making sure it is a healthy environment for guest. When I got there, I was a little amazed I'm not going to lie. Regardless of the low lighting, the gym was pretty spacious. It caught me off guard when I turned the corner and saw a lot of the free weights. Like who knew the building could stretch that far?I ended up going inside of the cinema room and spending most of my time there. Prior to me going in, I saw a little conga line of the little babies. They just got done watching a movie I’m guessing? When i went inside, it was a good movie actually playing, I don’t know the name of it. . but it was good.After the workout, I went to the bathrooms. It was very well lit. I feel like that’s always going to be a plus for Onelife bathrooms. It was also clean.4 stars because of the lightening around the gym. If needed, I know that I’ll be back in if needed.

Great experience! Good location as well. My family, my friends, and my nails technician are the members. I can get everything on my day-off at this location. Gym in One-life fitness then get my drink in Tropical Smoothies and relaxing my feet at Princess Nails Spa finally get Domino's pizza. All in 1!

The staff here is wonderful! This gym has everything you need and it's always clean! I come to this location not only due to the convenience but also for the welcoming atmosphere! The kids club hours also are ideal for those who work a day job and can't make it here until the evening.
