This gym is clean and has decent equipment but very poorly run and awful, unresponsive management. I've left comments and questions for management and never received a response or acknowledgment. The gym canceled one of the best classes - Sunday Boot Camp. Obviously as soon as you join the gym they stop caring.

This is a very nice and sizable gym with lots of equipment, classes, and stuff for everyone. It really does have a large and nice weight lifting area with loads of sizes and bars for serious lifters. Which I am not, but my stepson is and he's been coming here for a few years now to workout.I think the equipment for cardio is where I'm most familiar as that's where I've spent most of my time and they have plenty of ellipticals and treadmills for use as well as a neat theater room with treadmills where you can watch a movie as a group while you run/walk. Pretty sweet. The locker room is nice and spacious and clean. This is a nice OneLife and one of the nicest in the area.

General Manager, Liz, was fantastic at introducing us to the gym. Excellent facility with impeccable equipment and rooms. Everything was well-organized and the staff was super friendly.

This is one of the best fitness facilities in VB. Not to mention they have great trainers and classes! I’ve worked with Brandon Eyler for over 6 months and I’ve made a huge leap in strength and fitness knowledge thanks to him. Rock on!

I’ve been a member for a few years now but prescription medication for BP and osteoarthritis impaired my joints, attacking them it seems. I set up 4 month personal training with Ericka to regain range and strength. I’m off the medication, my joints are back to normal, and I have a personalized training program that is perfect for my needs. Ericka is a true professional, highly recommend.

I used to be a member of the Virginia Beach Blvd location about 5 years ago and loved it and was even thinking about getting a membership again due to moving. Well I am rethinking that decision based on how I was treated this morning at the RedMill location. Whoever is working the front desk at 5am was extremely rude to me when I tried to use my guest pass only to find out that I was unable to due to having a membership years ago. She didn’t even try to explain anything to me, but told me I could buy a day pass. I had driven the 30 minutes to get to this location to swim with my friends and I was told If I paid I was unable to use the pool, the sole reason I was there. Once I said that’s the reason I was there she threw my ID back at me and said well you can’t get a pass then. It was confusing to me that I would pay money for a pass and not be able to use all of the amenities. I’m very disappointed in my experience and will think long and hard before renewing my membership.

The best Onelife Fitness in Hampton Roads! A clean gym has plenty of new equipment, and the staff is super friendly! My daughter has been working with a personal trainer Jordan, and he has been amazing in improving her overall fitness and athletic ability.

I have been going to Onelife Fitness for years and have always loved the red mill location. Last year, I started training with Andrew Moran and working with him has taken me to the next level. He is the best personal trainer I’ve ever worked with and caters all of his plans to my personal needs. I have noticed a huge difference in the look of my body and overall strength since working with him. He is motivating and pushes you to challenge yourself, which I love. He truly cares about his clients and wants them to look & feel their very best. Thank you for being such an amazing trainer, Andrew!

This gym is great, especially the personal training team! Andrew Moran has been my trainer for almost two years. I'd never done strength training before, and working with him has made me stronger and improved my overall health. Can't recommend him and his team enough!
