This location has gone down hill since 2020. It used to b a pristine location with everything clean in a timely manner. Now whenever I give it another chance there's multiple areas needing cleaning from being disgusting. 1 shower was flooding and another smelled like urine, LIKE ALOT OF URINE! This is very unacceptable. I included 1 photo of idk what I saw in 1 shower, the other hand multiple used towels thrown in it.

Current member. Upon entrance I had a lady look at me like if I was stealing something or didn’t belong. Truly felt uncomfortable but this isn’t about her it’s about the gym. It’s awesome gym. It’s expensive yes, but it has the sauna and steam rooms plus the pools, tennis courts, handball courts inside. You get what you pay for. If you have the money just do it.

The gym is well equipped and the staff are great. Good value for money, but be aware there is a “hidden” annual fee that gets charged in October, even if you have your membership on hold and subsequently cancelled due to relocation. Everyone loves an “admin” fee…that is “nonrefundable”. Poor guest satisfaction by the finance department.

Spacious and clean. Great variety of equipment. Expansive outdoor area. This club is aesthetically pleasing and well maintained. They have a great pool and outdoor courts and both a downstairs and upstairs area.The only con I have is how limited parking is- unfortunately this location has a tiny parking lot and during peak gym times it gets completely filled. There have been many times I've parked on a side street and walked over or skipped the gym entirely because I didn't want to look for parking.

I really want to love this gym because I'm there all the time, but the lack of upkeep is ridiculous. The stairs steppers have been down, steam room, hot tub, massage bed, multiple treadmills, some weight machines, and the list is just piling up with no fix in sight. I am paying for a premium gym but when I walk in and start looking around to work out, I spend more time jumping from equipment trying to find one that works. Yes I already talked with the front desk and instead of following me so I could show them all the messed up treadmills, the lady at the front desk just gave me the excuse as to why nothing is getting fixed, BUT DIDN'T even tag the equipment! So the next person will also have to waste their time trying to find something that works because the employees don't want to walk up the stairs and put a inoperable sign on them. I'm just over it and really hoping to see some improvement soon.

I am a bigger girl and I’ve never been one to like to go to the gym due to being self conscious. Well, I recently joined because I did lose weight and I want to keep it off. I signed up for the Aquafit class and I LOVE it!! Vanessa is so nice and amazing!! It’s a great environment and everyone in the class is nice as well!! The front staff is always nice to me too. They always make sure to say hello have a good work out and goodbye have a great day.
