Been a member for about 2 months. So far I haven't had any real problems. However, the machines do stay broken for awhile. The staff always seem to be in deep conversations with each other behind the counter. Worst of all people just sit on the machines with their phones. Irritating!

when you tell them to put your account on hold because you’re leaving the country, they will restart your membership without confirming that you’re ready and then you’ll be paying $10/month for the rest of your life, because the manager refuses to do anything about helping you, unless you come into the location or write a letter which cost way too damn much more than what it’s worth to cancel their way 😕EDIT: once you get the bank to help you cancel the transactions then this company changes their name to still try and force their way into my bank account to steal my money

Constantly packed out, it's always hard to do the workouts I want. Rules aren't enforced and people leave belongings, equipment and trash all over.

This place over charged me, after my contract was up. I left several messages. No return calls, called corporate and still no one has responded. The machines are always broken. This place is a joke. Do not go to this place
